My stay at this hotel was highly enjoyable and I would book it again when I visit Swakopmund

The breakfast was well prepared and delicious. The location was good, with the beach close by and shops a few minutes drive. The bed was comfortable and there was heating in the room. The place is very quite and serene. The garden is beautiful and refreshing.

The reception closes a bit early at 7.00pm, although I appreciate that the Security personnel is always there to assist. In future the hotel could consider adding a few hours to close at e.g. 9.00pm

good value for money, safe and friendly staff

Nice breakfast. Quiet big garden. Only two minutes to town center, and one minute to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very nice, endly, helpfull out of the ordinary and effective. The hotel is located in a quiet area and is very clean.

I can recommend hotel for calm and relaxing time. Garden is fantastic. Location is very close to restaurants and beach.

Breakfast was poor but probably because hotel was not fully booked.

My stay was great, except the way they handled my debit card number, by accessing my account.

It was great. The staff was friendly.

I did not like how the hotel deducted money from my account without prior notification or my authorization. I prefer to pay myself rather than them just deducting money from my account because they had my debit card details or number that I provided when I booked online. I really did not like it and next time I will not book with them as I felt disrespected and treated as a person that cannot be trusted to honour payments. Most of the places I have booked before online I have always paid at the property even though they had my debit card number.

We had a comfortable stay

Breakfast was good and healrhy

Notification in room to say that hairdryers are available from reception. So that you can obtain it the night before in order for the early morning use before breakfast. Had to go with wet hair for breakfast as reception only came in later.

It was a lifetime changing experience.

We loved the way we were welcomed on our arrival. The breakfast decorations and the breakfast itself was off the hook. And the staff, especially Sammy, TATE PAAVO and MATHILDE were the highlight of our stay.

The WIFI kept acting up... Sometimes it would work and suddenly drop the connection. However, didn't really bother us since we were on vacation.

Friendly staff, and lovely breakfast every morning, good room service, and just down the road to the sea, was lovely

No remote for the TV, so very soft but in the end we did lots of walking
