Great location, Jorge was very accommodating, appreciated all the little extras, kitchen well equipped, fabulous view, centrally located.

The construction next door, they start banging at 8 am finish at 7 pm. not much, Jorge can do about that

Nice place in a lovely town

decent location and had everything I needed. including coffee machine - and coffee. very clean, good views out towards river.

balcony is very narrow. lift is a bit scary. man that lives upstairs is ignorant.

The location is just perfect! The very centre of the city, close to market, cannels, museums, and Forum shopping mall. We also liked the view out of balcony - we drank coffee in the morning, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

The planned checkout time was 12:00 PM. Surprisingly, at 10:50 we have received an SMS message, saying that we should leave by 11:00. So, we had only 10 minutes (instead of 1hour) to get all the stuff and leave. It was totally unprofessional.

Apartment in good location but there are better places to stay in Aveiro

The property is in a great location close to the city centre and shopping. Parking is free and convenient nearby. The view is nice. The owner Jorge is very friendly and helpful. Check-in is done via an app, a new experience for us but it worked okay. The apartment has most kitchen appliances, except for a kettle, for a short stay.

The apartment is very small and the advertising photos are a mixture of 2 different apartments. We had to go back to the photos to decide if we were in the right room. It is very misleading when the photos of the 1 apartment are not accurate and for that particular apartment. The photos make the apartment look bigger and in better condition than it actually is. The apartment was clean, but tired, the linen is old and well used and very thin, the towels are old and thin. The curtains and shower curtain are quite grotty. The bed is a very small double and the pillows were two small bricks. There is no air conditioning or fan in the apartment and when it is hot you will need to leave the doors open. Of our two nights there, we had very little sleep due to the drunks and street noise which went on all night. Can only surmise this may get worse as summer sets in. It is not possible to sleep with the windows closed as the room becomes a sauna. Perhaps the 2nd apartment is better equipped and receives the good reviews.

Great place in Aveiro

Excellent location. Great communication with the host and very easy check in etc. The apartment is in an older building but has been well renovated and is very comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Definitely recommend for a stay in Aveiro.

The apartment was great so no complaints. The only thing missing for me was a washing machine but not everyone needs that!

Cute apartment with a great location and host

The host was excellent. Super helpful with check in and throughout our stay. The balcony is super cute and has a great view. The location was awesome. We rented bikes near by and went to the beach. Had a truly wonderful stay. We highly recommend.

Central Stay for Exploring Aveiro

Central Location, nice host. Great bed and superb blanket. Apartment had everything you needed. Self check-in was without any problem and the host was always reachable whenever needed. Balcony provided a very nice view over the central area and the apartment had superb lighting from the sun!

Shower is a little small and even with the heater in the room it was a little fresh. Not exactly a loft ;-)

Enjoyable place if you are looking for something basic

The location was great. It was nice to have a place of our own, and we enjoyed watching netflix. The matras was good

There were no curtains, lacking privacy. There was no AC, but also no protection to keep mosquitoes out (like screendoors), so you couldnt open the windows to ventilate in the evening. Kitchen was very basicly equipped (no dishcloth, cheese slicer and no peeler for instance).

Best place to stay in Aveiro, and perhaps in Portugal! Seriously!

The location is central, very close to supermarkets, the forum, etc. The flat is clean and perfectly furnished, really modern and with all amenities needed. The owner is always a text message away, really nice and warming. Honestly book this place and see by yourself.

Well..how can I say this... What didn't I like? Nothing! This property is simply perfect, but if your wife is like mine and uses the excuse of having long hair to take long showers, the hot water will run out quickly. But honestly, I do not have anything bad to say about the property nor the owner, but booking.com wants me to keep typing so I will continue... seriously book this place, you will not be disappointed.

We’ll definitely be back since we really enjoyed our time in this lovely accommodation!

The apartment has a fantastic location and is super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! Also, Jorge is a very nice and attentive host.

Everything was great. The apartment would benefit from a few more kitchen utensils (especially knives), but apart from that, the place has everything you need.

Home Sweet Home just about sums up my stay. It was sweet and homey, bright and cheerful.

The apartment has all the kitchen supplies and appliances for self catering. The cleanliness was outstanding. This is a self contained apartment with balcony separate kitchen area all in a compact but beautifully decorated space. While small, the planning was excellent with great big under bed drawers for clothes etc. There was a nespresso coffee machine with two free cups of coffee waiting for the weary travelers. A great place for a couple, it suited my purpose of having to work without interruption. It is a wonderful apartment and Jorge P. is an excellent manager agent and sees to everything efficiently.

There is hardly anything not to like.

Interesting to see something new but not enough to make us want to return.

Our place was clean and comfortable enough with a nice view overlooking one of the canals.

We didn't expect this to be as touristy a town as it was, especially in early November; street noise through the night was also unexpected for as quiet a location as we had hoped this to be.

great location. big free parking around the corner. 10 km from the beach and ocean.free bicycle. we felt at home. nice view from the balcony. near the mini market. nice and helpful owner. elevator in the building. we love aveiro

no shelves for cosmetics in the shower ;-P
