Good and room for improvement

The location was good as well as the behaviour of the owner and the staff.

However, the room could have been better considering the price of 2000rs. There was no phone inside the room to contact the reception and towels were only provided only when asked and they provided them immediately. The bathroom would have been cleaner and the blanket.

Great for budget travellers, not so much if one expects luxury and good food in-house.

Staff was very warm and helpful and the dorms and bathrooms were clean.

The common areas could have been cleaned a little more and food from the hostel's kitchen needs to improve. Other than that the stay was very comfortable.

The property could have been even better.

The taste of the food and the congenial atmosphere.

The room had a centralised operating system for all electric gadgets like fan, AC and TV which was accessible only from the reception. We had to poke the staff each and every time to switch on the gadgets but after a couple of minutes, they used to switch them off as per their own will, just in order to save electricity and it was pathetic.

We had a private room which was clean and decent for the price we payed. The rooftop where we could eat from an extensive menu was very nice as well!

Don’t go there if you want to meet other people or if you are looking for a backpackers hostel. The staff is decent and nice but not particularly welcoming.

A great experience in Arga with Khan and Bedweiser Hoater

The hostel was clean and spacious for 3 of us. Location is great which is 5min walk to the Taj Mahah, The staff- Khan was so kind, He helped us with the extra bed without extra fee and brought us to the red fort and bus station. All staff are super nice. Definitely come back here for my next trip to India

Location

The incharge or manager is not supportive. I booked dormitory bed for 2 people. I arrived early morning at 4:00 a.m.and we waited long as the manager said there is no place in dormitory right now. I understood that I reached early but he offered me to book a room for payment of 1600/- INR. I said I can't afford it then he said we have to wait in the couch in near the staircase until 12:00 noon. It was very horrible situation at that time. I'll never go to this hostel. Apart from that there is the scarcity of water as we the boarders request all the time for water. They start AC only in the night. So day time it was horrible in summer days to stay. AC is broken too.

This is a budget stay and totally worth the price you pay. Our one night stay was pretty chill!

It was worth the money charged. The manager who was looking after us was very polite and helped us in parking our car.

I was surprised to see the bedcovers from Indian Railways. Was totally not expecting that!

Ok stay for the money! Great staff:)

The location was great - just a few minutes walk from the Taj Mahal. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were super helpful, accommodating, and friendly! Good price.

The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom had no air. The AC was semi-working and super loud. The bedsheets were dirty and full of hair.

😊 The location itself was great and the staffs were excellent and helpfull. The room had all the necessary items and definitely a value for money hostel. But please have your ear plugs because you can hear all the noises. Unfortunately the property was sold out therefore couldn't extend my booking.

😟 - What I didn't like is the sound, where the couple in the next room were playing songs in the speaker even in the middle of the night. The pillow could have been better one. I ordered a drink at the roof top bar purely based on the comments but it was not that great.

Nothing

Rooms were not clean. Staff was not listening to requests. Didn't have AC. Even when we asked they were not ready to provide one. Charging socket was broken. Not at all recommended. Better go to hosteller.

My experience at Bedweiser

The cafe on the rooftop

I have booked a 4 bed dormitory but I was offered a 6 room dormitory even after paying in advance for the booking. I raised the concern to the management but they didn't bother. There was shortage of water in the morning and the geyser wasn't working.

I had made a reservation in 4-bed mixed dormitory. When I went there they said we have not received your reservation and now we have left with only private room which was for 1500 INR for single night. I had two nights dorm reservation for 799. When I didn't take private room and decided to look for other place then they suddenly told me that they have received the reservation. I think just to make more money they lied at the first place. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or on purpose but this is the one thing I wanted you all to know before going there.
