Très bon séjour

Le personnel très sympa, le petit déjeuner très bon et de qualité. De plus l’emplacement est très bien

La chambre un peu petite et surtout les lits Les lits étaient inconfortables, c’est vraiment dommage car c’est le seul réel bémol

le personnel est vraiment le plus de cet hôtel et le petit-déjeuner au top.

la fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas et le bruit de la rue était infernal. l'hôtel nous a trouvé une autre chambre les 2 jours suivants mais pas la première nuit.

Copacabana is a pleasure

The bed and the room generally was great. The buffet breakfast was yummy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower had no pressure.

Location, security, comfort, style.

Service not very friendly. Pricing unclear eg mini bar no price list and everything, even coffee was chargeable. Early check in charge not advised but charged.

O horário de café da manhã é até às 10:30 o que me faz entender que eu posso chegar até as 10:30 contudo mesmo tendo hóspedes tomando café nesse horário os funcionários sem nenhum aviso recolhem tudo e o hóspede que chegou até o horário limite não pode comer. Falta de respeito com os hóspedes. Deveriam fechar o salão de café as 10:30 e esperarem os hóspedes terminarem seu desjejum. Achei de uma grosseria e nunca mais vou me hospedar na rede Ritz. Melhorem.

I wouldn't book here again

One of my friends left her necklace on the nightstand and shortly after leaving the room, it was gone. She tried to get it back and it didn't show up, the hotel didn't respond.

Go to Rio

The hotel is a good choice for trip in Rio. The breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is very good. The hotel is meters from Copacabana beach, Ipanema is also nearby.

I can't point to any negatives.

Cómodo y seguro

Excelente atención del personal en recepción, muy atentos, simpáticos y eficientes, nos organizaron paseos incluso cuando se nos ocurrían a ultima hora. Desayuno muy bueno y la vista desde el desayuno, mejor aun. Ubicación muy cerca de la playa, supermercados y tiendas, todo muy comodo y seguro.

No es culpa del hotel, pero lamentablemente delante hay un tremendo edificio que bloquea la vista, por lo cual pese a estar muy cerca de la playa, solo hay vista muy parcial. Pero igual casi no estuvimos en la habitación asique da un poco lo mismo. La puerta del baño da muy poca intimidad.

Small, great boutique hotel

Great hotel, new, amazing design.

We wanted to see the sunrise from the roof and we could not find a person to let us in to the top But we just walk to the beach and it was much better

safe and clean property made for a comfortable stay. breakfast was excellent. facilities and rooms have been updated and were very nice. concierge was helpful for navigating the area.

some other copacabana hotels were beachfront and had unobstructed beach views from the rooftop.

First and most important the incredible service at the front desk! Amazing people you have! Second the layout of the rooms are quite interesting

The day before my departure (Sunday) the person who did my room left the windows open and maybe because of that I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes at night.

Nice hotel, good location.

Pool area was nice, rooms were very nice also, very comfortable bed. Location is excellent, beach is just across the road, several restaurants are within 5 minutes walk.

Breakfast was ok but the staff were very slow to replenish the food, I came down one day fairly early and there was no bacon left so I asked for some and they said it was finished. There is a wash basin/sink in the bedroom next to the toilet but it didn't have hot water to it so from a hygiene point of view and also for me to have a shave it wasn't ideal. Water pressure for shower was poor.

The location is few meters away from the Copacabana beach, however the neighborhood doesn't look amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was small, but clean and comfy. Food was delicious at their restaurant at the 15th floor, while breakfast could have been more diverse.

Highly recommended. The location is perfect to visit Ipanema Leblon Lagoa etc. excellent connection by bus and plenty of bikes to rent nearby. Rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast room and the terrace offer an amazing view. The staff is amazing and always ready to help!

Rooftop fiew. Fiew in breakfast-restaurant. Short way to beach. Metro is near by. Window with sea-view. Clean Room. Staff is really friendly.

Problem with shower door. The water come always out on the floor. Breakfast is everyday the same. For long staying holidays its getting boring.
