Ocean view!! We could try beers and beautiful sunset. Also had fun to play billiards too.
Shower was salty. There is no curtain between shower and toilet.

Great location right at the water.
Tasty food, very helpful staff.

Beautiful setting right on the water as well as the main road up the coast.

Super nice view on the sea and even a direct access to go spend some time bathing or snorkeling.
The water of the pool was really fresh and agreeable.
The food at the restaurant was good.
It's really calm and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
The personnel from the hotel were really sweet and wonderful.
The bedroom was more than enough to spend some days.
Not much.
Just maybe mind your step on the stairs (it's a bit slidy on rainy days) my girlfriend fell on it but that was the fault of our heavy luggage so nothing to worry about just mind your steps.
The pressure of the shower was a bit low, but clearly no worries with patience you can wash yourself without any problems.

The price and location
There were rats running around behind and under our accommodation and one was seen in the restaurant area. Shower didn’t have warm water and water supply occasionally stopped.

Everything is superb! From the price of our stay, cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms and the place itself, the accommodating staff and the delicious yet affordable foods we had for dinner and breakfast. The place is so quiet you can rest well.

The property was terraced and well maintained with steps leading to the sea. The rooms were rustic but clean and all rooms had air conditioning which is essential in this part of the world. The staff was hard working and tried hard to accommodate all of us.
From the time I ordered my dinner to the time it was served, it took about an hour and a half. I suppose it did not help that there were 22 of us. It seems like there was the owner/manager who was also the cook. She had two helpers and all 3 ran the kitchen/dining room. So, each time someone in my group wanted to pay, or get a drink, the owner/manager who was also the cook would stop cooking and take care of giving everyone what they wanted. At one point, I had to tell my group to stop asking for drinks and stop asking to pay because I was hungry. Breakfast was A LOT better.

Lisa the manager was very nice and also help us arrange a transport to tour the waterfalls in the area at our stay there
In the morning, the staff would be up early to go about their chores which honestly woke us up quite early in the morning but it was not that big of a deal to us

The staff were helpful and friendly. They have scooter to rent there and it's pretty close to beautiful waterfalls. I really recommend stay there.

Great location and very friendly staff. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The view is amazing. The rooms are simple but clean. Good value for money. Will definitely recommend the place.
The food at the restaurant wasn't very great. There was also a few cockroaches in the bathroom probably coming from the garden even if the place was clean.

location is unbeatable. open your room door & stand in awe of the gorgeous blue water.
Ms. Lisa is the best host one could ask for. I had a very urgent medical issue & if it weren’t for her I’d be in the ER!!!
Food was great, I actually ate 3 meals a day (few times more some days) which I haven’t done since childhood!
The nightly price was less than a Margarita in Los Angeles, CA.
I’m definitely going back!!!
I can’t think of anything I would change. If I could live there I’d be the happiest camper in the world!

Food by Lisa, Judy-Anne and team was wonderful. Great value for money. The view was great, staff very friendly. Loved our trip to Aguinid Falls!
The steps in our villa were very steep and I worried for my kids falling down them. The shower didn't work when I needed it - more than twice it didn't come on and when it did it was a trickle. The karaoke over the road was quite loud.

Great place to feel real Philippines.
Strategic location to investigate south of Cebu. great view.
AC was good.
perfect to meet different people who is backpacking
house restaurant provides good food
Would be great to have better pressure of water in the shower and better drainage. towels which are provided absolutely not absorb water.
location is somewhat outside and you would need to have either bike or take a bus if you want to buy some food or get to the closest market.
no fridge in the room.

The location is great because you can just literally snorkel outside the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and cool. The breakfast is good. The restaurant at the place is okay, but they need more options. If you want other places to eat you have to go to the city. The wifi was decent. I recommend the place

We loved the place, the bus from Moalboal stops right in front and the same stop to go back to Cebu city.
The staff was lovely and super friendly,
we enjoyed the food so much that for 4 days we ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
They also offer a scooter rental and gave us all the information with activities to do inside and outside the island.
Thank you guys for accommodating.
The room was pretty small for 2 people.

The owner is quick to reply to my inquiries and was accommodating to the adjustment of the booking changes.
The water heater doesn’t work after 2 people used it. Experienced muddy water coming out from the faucet. Access to the beach could have been nice but we found out when we got there that there is no access and not a place for swimming, if you are planning to do that.

Great atmosphere with the bamboo and everything , cosy and quaint .
Owners are very kind and helpful .
Little units are just enough for two .
Unfortunately there is no food or anything unless you ride/drive 15 minutes either direction .
Bathroom stench of sewerage

It was a central location to the whale sharks and waterfalls on the waterfront. We had the waterfront room which had a nice little relaxation area outside in front of the sea
The room was very small and dated, rusty in spots and the bathroom could do with a good clean as mold was building up.

I’m the one booking online for my family and friends in the Philippines, they are all satisfied and we’re having fun, they book for one more night.
The beach, more high tide!

beautiful views, Infront of the beach, host told us about lots of activities we could do and booked them for us, nice restaurant and good food, comfy beds, great service, super nice staff!! wonderful place very relaxing and calm.
if you have one of the houses right at the beach it can be scary at night because it’s very loud

+Our Deluxe Villa (more bungalow) location was directly on the water, with uninhibited views of the water and over to the hills and mountians of Negros from our covered balcony. It is as described and excellent value for money.
+Very clean, with a newly renovated bathroom (for our bungalow). Warm water shower and air conditioning and fan unit with a good number of options (ie fan only or level of coolness), as well as a table top fan. For us, it was our cleanest place yet by far in this price range. And they offer to clean the room every 2 days.
+Bungalow was all in wood and bamboo giving a homely feel. Many hooks inside with table and two chairs by the window. Windows were one glass for privacy.
+Very friendly and helpful staff (Lisa) who is good at understanding what help you need.
+The menu impressively has several vegan options including soy 'meat'. This is helpful on a number of levels, particularly as there's not a lot of food options nearby. Great views from the cafe, we spent most of a rainy day hanging out here.
+While next to the main road and some housing nearby, it is very restful (although when we arrived there was a karaoke party for some guest, which is rare).
+They can help arrange transport and have a scooter they rent for 350 pesos/day. However, it is well used, occasionally needs a kickstart and the suspension is a bit gone. We would have gotten a different one if there was an option. However, the main road has a very regular bus, which also gives options for visiting places, and tricycles also travel the main road.
+Seriously, so comfortable by the water! And so clean!
Not really any improvements as everything has been thoughtfully organised with travellers in mind. Only thing to suggest could be more help with scooter options, and perhaps a table lamp in the room.
