Personnel d'une grande gentillesse, attentionne. Hôtel très paisible pour un break en famille

The staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The pool is beautiful.
The AC was the only thing we didn't like. It was very hard to control. But other than that, nothing at all that we didn't like.

Loved the beach area, stuff where friendly
Very overpriced. We paid luxery prices for 3 stars at the most. For the price that you pay we had to pay more on top for the the water sport activities like the canoes. Hated the uphill long walk to our room. Again below average restraunt food, everything pre cooked and frozen. For the money you pay you except better quality

We were blown away by the Badian Islands resort. The pictures didn't do it justice at all. Would highly recommend!
The breakfast is not amazing and because you're on the island all day you are unfortunately left with just one quite small food menu, which can get quite 'samey'.

By far the best resort we stayed at in the PH. there is a huge coral garden in front of the beach, restaurant offers very good PH food and the tours are great. the BAR is always available!! staff is extremely helpful and nice, they try to accomodate every need. The atmosphere is incredible, wild but comfortable at the same time, just what we wanted.
Nothing

The friendly staff.
The beach was far from the rooms. The first room we got there was construction next door and the fumes and dust and paint was coming in our room. The amenities that was described wasn’t there anymore. The beach access and the swimming pool closes at 5. The basketball court was horrible. We got a couple massage and after we didn’t get wiped down with hot towel. We left the spa really oily. There’s is no phone in the rooms. You have to call reception with your cell phone.

The entire place is really good for relaxation. The massage was great too as well as the villa pool.
The food is not great. There was a centipede in the bath tub.

The place is serene and offers exclusivity. The staff were nice specially Amor from the restaurant and Mae Yet from the spa. The guard was very helpful as well in taking my stuff that I left in my car for me.
The cabinet makes some screeching noise when the bed moves. 😅

Nothing I didn't like

Friendly and accomodating staff. Nice facilities. Relaxing environment. There were only a few other guests so it felt like we had the whole resort for ourselves. We went on a short boat ride to their Coral Garden where there is a white sand beach and where we could go snorkeling to see the corals and fishes.
We were not informed beforehand that there will be an additional charge to use their "Thalaso" waterfalls for those who booked under Booking.com. The last time we went there we were not charged but this time we were charged to use the falls.
Aside from that, the stay was great.

Not much food choices.

A private resort on a beautiful island just a few minutes away from the mainland, beautiful beach, cascading seawater pools, wide open space, great food, accommodating staff.
Complete set of toiletries provided would be appreciated.

I found dinner buffet to be a little steep given the quality at 1,200/pax. Breakfast was fantastic though. Staff were great, special mention to Ranz, Jessa, Shiela, Venus and Malou thank you for making my stay a great one.
Ps. If you're traveling alone, the rooms are just huge, it gets a little creepy at night. Won't use this as a point against the resort though. :)
Cost on buffet dinner is steep at 1,200/pax

Thank you Badian Island Wellness Resort. Your customer service is beyond exceptional. From the guard in the port to Ariel who assist us in checked-in to the people who serve our sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner (with a birthday serenade) especially Shiela and to the 2 massage therapist who gave us the most wonderful massage ever! Their warm and passionate service is extraordinary.
The resort is serene and private. We enjoyed our pool villa and private tub with the picturesque view of the mountain and the sea. Indeed relaxing and one of a kind. We wish we could have extended our stay.
The room was huge. The pool was perfect and the private tub is a plus. Their massage is definitely a must!
The facilities needs an upgrade. Suggest to add beddings like additional blanket or comforter. The blanket they provided was too thin. Our air-con was leaking thus the water dripped from the ceiling.
