This is my worst stay ever. The host either stole my luggage or is covering up for the thief.

The booking does not include breakfast and the remote host failed to yield to all entreaties to turn on the electric hub which he obviously switched off from the mains to enable me fix breakfast. The host does not pick calls. He does not reply to texts. The money i spent on groceries was wasted.

My luggage was stolen from the apartment in the morning of my departure. The host declined to pick my calls nor answer my sos messages to him. He also lied to the police that he had no access to the CCTV cameras but he announced that he could view me at the apartment from the day i arrived. The host does not provide housekeeping of any kind at least to empty the trash. I had to be with trash for the six days i spent there.

Good location, very accessible, lot of facilities, well equipped. I would recommend it!

Very good

The place of the apartment is very good, near the public transport station. There was all you need to make a meal in the apartament.

The shower curtain is too short, the water splashes on the floor. Could be noisy at night.

Good for a short stay

Location was very good. Close to where I needed to be (was visiting a friend) and walking distance from main shops and attractions.

Nice appartement in lovely part of town

Very easy to get in, very practical appartement.

No air conditioning and not very comfortable bed.

I recommend for quiet independent stay.

Very clean, well-equipped, cozy and nice environment with candles and air fresheners, bus stop almost at door step, convenient location to the Vrije Universitiet Brussel. Many shops and stores in the street. Easy way of self-checking in. All in all, I recommend for solo travelers and I guess would be perfect for couples too.

If it was a bit closer to the city center.

We really liked staying in this apartment, everything went great and we would definitely come back again.

Everything was really nice: it was very comfortable and clean, with good facilities, the host was very friendly.

The location is not very central but still in a very nice neighborhood, and still walkable to the greater center.

The flat was clean, the bed comfortable and the WiFi fast, the Netflix was a nice asset. Walking distance from the center.

The neighbor from the room near can be loud.

Perfect location, not too loud even that the window was facing the street. Nice host :)

Easy contact, maybe the automatic message shouldn‘t come way earlier than his order. So we were confused in the beginning.

Some things can be improved

The warming system is very efficient and the shower 🚿 is big

Despite the size of the mattress is good, it is too hard. Hard sprung mattress, not recommended for people like me with back problems. There is no microwave, now essential for those who want to heat even the most ordinary cup of milk. Normal TV (not everything recorded) would be better. You can't watch live news broadcasts

Would stay again for a few nights

Very easy to find and get in. Good location for the spot I wanted to be in. Liked that it had a fan and a ironing board

I enjoy cooking and definitely missed things in the kitchen to make a meal. Knives were very average, no spatula for the pan, no peeler, but obviously that's me liking to cook.

Good option in a good area

Location is perfect within 5 minutes on foot from place Jourdin and some 10 minutes from Schuman and Cinquantenaire. Also well connected to busses, with a bus stop in front of the house. Carrefour market in place Jourdin. The neighborhood is safe (did a lot of walking at night with no problem) and the street is quiet at night. The studio itself is a bit small but cozy, very clean and furnished with everything one could need. I would definitely recommended it for short stays.

It's a bit dark and it's on ground floor, but for short stays it's not really a problem.

Good accomodation. The host has to work at his empathy

The accomodation has eveything you need. It a good one, even if you will stay for one night or for a long stay. It has a bus stop (34) in front of the house.

The host is not eager to help with anything like he said in the welcoming message. From the first day the TV did not work and i messaged him. He only said that he did not verified last time if it worked or not and that was all. Do not get me wrong, the TV was not a problem for me, but he did not help me to fix this problem altough he lives upstairs from the accomodation. Also i have my doubts that the bed sheets were not changed because it was a little bit dirty and it had some hair. Overall, these problems were not so big deal for me.

Fully equiped, new furnishing & facilities. There is a bus stop just in front (even if I didn't catch the bus, I reached the room with a taxi drive, 14 EUR from Gare du Midi). Comfortable double bed, many pillows of different density. Very convenient price. 1.5 km from the European district.

Ground floor (but quiet, no heavy traffic), so you can't keep the (wide) window open.

Decent apartment, poor service.

Decent room with decent space, clean & relatively comfortable.

When I arrived at the agreed time, nobody opened the door or answered the phone. I was waiting in front of the door for 10 minutes in uncertainty as no one was available to tell me when I'd be able to get in. Also, there was a good coffee machine without any cups to use it. Had to get out the old coffee maker from the cabinets to make coffee.
