Very good location and clean

Great location and we had a view over the city. Very comfortable bed. Useful kitchenette but needs a few dishes or a pan for cooking.
Ensuite bathroom was very cramped. Should have put the shelf in the shower on the wall near the tap to maximise space.
No large signage out the front of the property or even up high on top levels to help find it when driving.

Value for money
Tv had no Netflix. No usb chargers and the couch is so small

Location was perfect! Close to everything. 7 Eleven is just across the hotel which is open 24/7.
Carpet on our floor was covered with brown paper, I’m not sure if there’s a construction going on.

very clean, pretty new, great location
no issues

I love the location, last visit I stayed in a two bedroom with view and it was amazing which is why I booked this trip amd had originally planned to return at Easter
this time k booked a one bedroom, it was quite hot in Melbourne and the aircon had the room stuffy and hot. reception sent someone up after I spoke to them, but it was still incredibly hot in the room. at over $500 and having loved my previous stay, it was disappointing

Good location. Comfortable ,fresh decor
Air conditioning didn’t work although reception did offer to change room but as we were leaving early morning accepted fan. Would have changed room if staying longer.

Location and value for money, adequate facilities for a short stay
The shower in ensuite had broken and the rooms were a bit small
The lift frequency wasn’t great, especially in the morning we had to wait 10mins in order to get a
Spot to get down from lvl 32

Location and comfort. Parking was very convenient

Good location
Very small bedrooms and bathrooms, not enough lifts for the size of the building.
Good location. We stayed on the 35th floor and waiting for one of two lifts was painful.
4.0
Location was excellent and there was room for kids to relax
En-suite bathroom was tiny

The shower doors were a little tricky to open.

Neat and tidy, good location
Small ensuite in 2 bedroom apartment, no tea towel or dish cloth

Location
Some design features and layout of the unit made use of facilities difficult. E.g. Shower door could only open inward and leaked a lot of water. Fridge door opening opposite direction to the cupboard door it was in. Laundry doors right in front of bathroom door making access difficult.
3.5
Location, staff were brilliant, room size.
Was unable to connect to the wifi even after speaking with reception and had very poor connection to Telstra because I was on the 17th floor, so I was unable to do any work due to having no internet.
Also I could not work out how to turn the heater on and with no internet I ended up just going to bed.

Great views
We arrived to check in and got told room was not clean. Staff did not say sorry for the inconvenience or offer any comfort. They also did not say we will let you know, we sat in the reception area and then asked again at 2.20pm and it was yes it is ready, a simple your room is ready would be improved service.

I was able to store my bags on the final day, until my flight home.
I stayed five nights but couldn't get a more than a one-hour late checkout. This would have been offered for a one-night stay! When I asked for two-hour late check out, I was told I would have to pay $30.
My room was only serviced once in the five days - The face washers were not replaced. (On one occasion I had the 'Do not Disturb' when the cleaners came.)
There was dust and hairs on the floor even after servicing.
Despite the one-hour late checkout on my final day, the cleaners knocked on my door and tried to come in while I was in a meeting. It was unprofessional.
One lift wasn't working so there were long queues and extremely long wait times as it wasn't always possible for people and their luggage to fit in it.

the location was great,
the experience with the elevators not working was terrible.. it took 45 mins to get from level 36 and only one elevator was working, it was very disappointing to say the least
the apartment was very small, we expected bigger by the looks of the photos and the price was way too high for what it was worth and what we experienced

Location is fabulous to Southbank and CBD.
Easy access to transport and DFO. Can't knock that at all.
However, more attention required from management regarding requirements of apartments. Simple supplies for untensils needs to be addressed.
Overall, not a bad place given its location.

Location
We asked for 2 single beds and they agreed but did not supply. My son at 192cms slept on a 2 seater couch. Very disappointing
4.0
Excellent location. Had to go back to reception a couple of times to get the right parking level
Lifts are very slow to arrive.

Good location

Close proximity to Melbourne Park
Carpets were dirty and stained.
Couch not big enough and uncomfortable.
Photos gave the impression it's an actual balcony but it's just a little step.
Air con is a split system and doesn't cool down the lounge room/kitchen area. Bedroom had no air con but a fan in the top corner which was noisy, so bedroom was hot and not comfortable.
4.5
location is perfect to south bank and easy access to public transport.
