Besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement de l’établissement

Pas propre, dans la chambre il y avait 2 yaourts à boire vide sur l’étagère au dessus du lit superposé. Donne l’image d’une chambre non faite correctement. Le petit déjeuner cher pour ce qu’il y a .

Parking fermé et surveillé. Secteur calme. Ne peu pas donner d’avis sur le petit déjeuner car j’avais un bateau à prendre à 07h30, les viennoiseries et pains étaient livrés à l’heure où je devais partir. Par contre, l’employé sur les lieux nous a ouvert plus tôt et servi une collation (sympa)

Chambre un peu sombre rez de chaussée sur l’arrière du bâtiment et rideau taché

Un établissement au calme, confortable et sécurisé pour un court séjour lors d'un transit

Établissement déjà fréquenté. Conforme aux prestations précédentes avec une facilité de parking surveillé, une chambre suffisante pour une séjour d'une nuit, un séjour au calme et un petit déjeuner sur site.

Rien en particulier. Pas de (mauvaise) surprise à signaler

Satisfied because no big expectations.

Location good for visiting shipyard. Hotel wasn´t top of the list but basic and enough for a quick visit.

Breakfest. Adding some vegetables and fruits would do a lot.

it’s ok if the price is right and your purpose is closeness from where you need to be or you have a car

It was close to the event I was taking place. I did not hear the neighbours. The receptionist was friendly.

I paid per night 20 euros over what it is worth (I checked with my friends who booked independently from me) The location is a restaurant/café desert Not for tourists unless you get a room cheap and have a car.

Value for money

Breakfast was plentyful. 24/7 reception is very good and easy. The security guard gives a sense of security. Excellent shower and spacious room.

Breakfast was not included in the price (€7 in 2021). Public transport is nearby but the last bus from Marseille leaves at 21.

It lacked the small things, toilet paper etc etc. The room smelled like cigarette.

The staff was extremely friendly. Whatever we needed they provided. Snack and drinks vending machine in the hallway. Security guard in the parking during the night and secured gates. Great shopping/ retail center 4 minutes away by car.

The room was very small, with one tiny window. If there are two people in the room and want to move around, they can't. The walls were dirty and allthough the sheets were changed, it smelled like the blanket and the pillow weren't aired in a very long time. The bathroom smelled like chlor on the first day, which meant it was cleaned, but the mold in the shower took over the smell very fast. The ventilation in the bathroom was very poor, the air could get unbreathable. The location of the hotel isn't close to any beach, but it is ok if you want to travel by car.

Good location for avoiding hustle and bustle of Marseille town centre

The property was located a very short distance to public transport into Marseille. 2€ to town centre. Bargain. Allowed to park in carpark whilst in town which was a bonus. Thanks

Air con was a bit too loud, so turned it off.
