My best accommodation in Nice

I WILL COME AGAIN NEXT TIME！

This is a very cozy seaside apartment that fulfills all the fantasies my friends and I had about Nice. The location of the accommodation is very good, although it is not the centre of Nice, but it is right next to the tram stop, right between the city and the airport, and it is easy to get anywhere. The house is very clean and has a French feel. Daniel was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the entertainment in Nice, and the restaurants he recommended were also popular among locals. I will book this lovely apartment again next time I come to Nice. You must not miss this sweet little home.

We had the best time in Nice at Daniel’s apartment.

The apartment was amazing. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and extremely close to the beach… just across the street. The kitchen and bathroom seemed brand new! Daniel left everything we could possibly imagine…. Hair dryer, flat iron, spices, pots and pans, spices, olive oil, Kleenex, bottled water, wine…. Daniel even left us beach umbrellas and mats to use! The A/C worked great. There were so many shops and restaurants just outside our door. I was in heaven!!!! I would get up and buy breakfast for everyone from all the different bakeries. Then we would get ready and go to the beach. Then we would rest and take the train downtown for a wonderful dinner in Old Nice. The train is just outside the door!

I really think it was perfect. We had such a lovely time. My daughters were so happy. It was really hard fo leave.

The stay was exceptional, with a beautiful accommodation and an incredibly attentive host.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Daniel and George both are approachable and very responsive , George went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. I highly recommend this place for a great experience and outstanding hospitality!

The best property we've ever stayed at !

Amazing location, in front of the beach, 10 minutes away from the city's center by tramway with the tramway's station just across the street, wonderful sea front view, very comfortable , clean and very well equipped apartament. The free and secured parking was a big advantage as well. Daniel is an amazing guy, he gave us many useful informations and recommandations. Thank you for your hospitality !

the apartment was perfect! great for a family to relax with plenty of space. it was set up as a home away from home, so perfect. the car park was easy to find and George who meet us to welcome us to the property was fantastic with everything we needed to know. we will definitely be back for another beach side holiday. the view was even better than the photos…. perfect

Exceptional Customer Service!

Excellent customer service by Daniel. Daniel was very knowledgeable, respectful and responded very quickly to all messages. He is also very understanding, empathetic, friendly to deal with and provided exceptional hospitality. Daniel left us several large bottles of water in the fridge, and also a bottle of wine.

Amazing location on the beach front

We had a lovely time at Daniel’s apartment. It was exactly as described but probably more spacious than I imagined. It easily accommodated and we had plenty of space. It felt like our home away from home, and the extra touches like mattress for the beach and a welcome pack were very much appreciated! The secure parking space was great too. The beach is right across the street and the tramway into the Old City is very easy to catch, the tram stop is close by Communication with Daniel was great - she responded very quickly to any questions we had. And check-in/ check out with Daniel was so easy. We had a wonderful time, I only wish we could've stayed longer! I can definitely recommend this apartment if you're in Nice!

Exceptional

The view is unbelivable, the apartment was bigger then I thought , very clean and very confortable with air conditioning. We also had free parking near the apartment which is very rare. In the neighborhood there are many shops and restaurants. The center can be easily reached by tram in around 12 min the tram stop is very close to the apartment less the 50m. The owner Daniel was so helpful and welcoming. Everything was great.

You can get better place for the same price

Location

The bed was very uncomfortable with cheap quality linen. The pillows were not bed pillows, they were from the couch. Totally uncomfortable. The bathroom was kind of under construction and not upto par.

Great seafront apartment to explore Nice and the Côte d'Azur.

The owner was very friendly and helpful - not only with the apartment itself, but in helping us get to and from the airport, amenities in the area, and tips on how to do everything we wanted in the area. The apartment was in a great location overlooking the sea.

The double bedroom is rather small and some of the furniture (living room couch) should be updated. These were minor issues - we would definitely stay here again!

wonderful stay!

fantastic location, in front of the beach and next to the public train station. perfect for both leisure and tight schedules. the house is so clean and cute. gorgeous view from the window and so well equipped that you can find beach blankets in the closet! definitely recommend

It truly is a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea just across the street!

Daniel is an exceptional owner. The apartment is like being in a home instead of a bare hotel room. He left us big bottles of water, a bottle of wine and the kitchen had spices and plenty of utensils pots for cooking. There were games and French books and videos to use. He also provided a card for access to a parking garage. He is an extremely nice man and gave us tips on places to go.

We couldn’t watch our own DVD’s on the player there or get any streaming or shows in English on the TV so we just didn’t use the TV at all.

Wonderful time at Daniel's beautiful place with the magnificent seaview!

Daniel is a wonderful host and did assist us greatly and we felt like home , we realy had a wonderful time at Daniel's beautiful place with the beautiful seaview! the apartment is very well equipped and nice and clean. The parking arrangement is awesome, the parking garage is secure and and just a few steps from the apartment and also the tram stop is across the street.

Great stay, location & host!

Great, friendly host Daniel! He has been very flexible and helpful from the start (booking) till the very end of our stay. When we were already off on the road to our next destination! Appartment is lovely, located right at beach boulevard. We have spend both mornings at beach looking at sunrise. Free parking very near, and public transport right in front if appartment. Thanks for having us Daniel!

Daniel was an exceptional host and made up for the minor issues we had with the apartment.

The location on the promenade is beautiful and it is close to the airport with the tram directly outside. Daniel is a fantastic host.

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and for the price, the sheets and pillows should have been better quality. The bathroom needs updating, as there's no overhead shower holder. The downside of being on the promenade is that it's very loud with traffic noise.

What makes the real difference is the host, Daniel. A smiling person, willing and able to assist in every possible way. Ask him anything and he will help you to it. We felt like in our own home. He truly cares about making his guests have a really good time. The apartment is obviously old, yet with a beautiful view to the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. It fits and sleeps easily 5 persons. The bathroom has both a tab and a shower, both working properly. The kitchen is fully and very well equipped, you can cook almost everything. The parking arrangement is exquisite, you can park any type of car at a very nice, clean, secure and easily accessible parking building, just a few steps from the apartment. We parked very easily a huge SUV with a 3 bicycle rack towed at its back, measuring well over 6 meters.

Perhaps the entrance of the building is not so fancy, but the proximity to everything one may need apart from just sleeping, surpasses it.

The owner, Daniel was very kind and helpful. The location was fantastic! Right in front of the Promenade (right in front of beach, suitable for kids), tram station (super easy to get to the Old Nice - 15 min), grocery store, Sushi Planet and Maison Kayser were just around the corner! Safe parking space in the garage!

Wonderful!!!!

The apartment is very well maintained and has all the accessories. The AC works very well and the view is breathless. Location is perfect on a calm area and with easy parking and transportation. Daniel, the owner, is a gentleman with a kindness difficult to find. Really perfect!

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The view from the apartment is so beautiful, you see the beautiful sea and the blue sky! The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The windows are noise proof so we didn't hear the busy road at all and it was very quiet. We stayed with our baby and it was super comfortable for us! The location is also very good, right in front of the promenade and there is a supermarket, bakery and a tram stop just few steps away. The tram takes you quickly to the old city and it was also very convenient. Daniel the host is an amazing guy and super nice. He was always available for us and gave us nice recommendations! He also gave us a gift when we checked out which was so sweet of him. We will definitely come back! :)
