Short break with mates and we personally all agree that this place made the trip extra special and enjoyable

One of the only private villas that had a pool and we made the most of this every single morning. The location was absolutely spot on as it’s central to Oistins/St Lawrence gap and walking distance to a small beach. The room we booked was massive with 3 good sized double bedrooms and a really spacious living area. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Home away frome Home!!!

The Villa is situated in a nice neighbourhood. We got an upgrade from Rick and got the penthouse, very spacious and comfortabele, thank you Rick!!! Katie welcomed us when we arrived, very lovely woman always making sure we were ok and having a laugh together. Even got a nice present for my birtday!!!! Everything is very clean thanks to lovely lady Angie, compliments!!!!! There's also a very nice and very clean pool, super for a day chilling after a night out to one (or more) of the many bars walking distance or easy to go to by bus or taxi. We had a super stay at Villa Riana en hope to visite you again soon. Thanx everybody for the great times. Greetings Roelf and Wilma

Excellent standard 💯great location 💯value for money .

Extremely spacious and finished to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a great home from home. Great value for money.

There was nothing that I didn’t like tbh no problems whatsoever with the accommodation to report.

great location , lovely small pool lots of utensils , fully stocked with pans cutlery etc . loved watching the monkeys

not very modern, interior dated, bit gloomy could do with a spare sheet , hairdryer and tin opener ,

We had a wonderful time and would return there.

peaceful location , close to bus route . Pool small but useful . Monkeys on the balcony. aircon , The top floor flat is huge.

Creaky bed. could have done with some more plastic glasses.

Great value, location and space

Great location, host was really flexible and helpful during the stay. Really quite area away from the busy main street. Air con is strong enough to ensure the whole apartment is cool which is important when it's 30 degrees everyday 😀

The villa could do with an iron and ironing board for use

was ok but wouldn’t stay here again

liked the location as it was close to our friends house. loved the pool and the air conditioning

the unit itself has potential, however appears run down and hasn’t been kept. some of the appliances either didn’t work properly or were too gross to use. the place didn’t feel very clean despite having it cleaned before arrival. the bed pillows are massive and not meant for sleeping on and no blankets are provided either.

Location, size and price perfection

Really large space in the apparentment. Easy access to the main road and a lovely beach. Its a massive advantage having a pool, as you can choose to come back there or go to the sea for evening entertainment. Its a social villa as well and for us that was a great benefit.

Little gem of a place

We stayed at Villa Riana for 16 days and have had such a lovely time, this is our second visit to Barbados, last time we had hotel apartment and that was lovely too but the difference with Villa Riana is the villa is very spacious, our patio doors open up to face the pool and have direct access to the pool so it’s so easy here, you can lounge by the pool and go in and out the villa at your leisure to eat, watch TV etc when you’ve had too much sun. The villa is spacious, has an aircon unit in the bedroom so always somewhere cool to go when too hot, kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish, great size fridge/freezer for a holiday home, great TV and WiFi in living room so if you want home from home this is better than a hotel apartment as from what I have seen of friends hotel apartments over here they are small in comparison to Villa Riana, we were not far from the beach, Oistins, St Lawrence Gap etc, even saw Monkeys next door which is great if you’re an animal lover

Mattress was not wonderful f you have back issues as it was very soft but it’s ok for time we were here.

Great vacations at Villa Riana

I loved the location as it was only 15 minutes walk from the grocery store gym and even closer to the beach Great pool Super clean And Elsa was right there when I arrived very nice helpful and polite She did an excellent job All positive will come back Thank you Rick for always answering quickly and being veryaccomodatimg 10/10!!!
