Perfect location, not too noisey and super comfy.

Its location was great and the whole place was very clean, light and airy.

Great appartment, great location

+ coffee machine good, including set of capsules already available + good description, information + great location, hopefully the construction site will be gone soon

- one bedroom without windows, difficult to cool down in summer - dishwasher would have been useful

A nice place to stay in Copenhagen, and comparatively affordable

A nicely styled small apartment in the city center, with two separate bedrooms and a large window to the courtyard. For overnight car parking in Copenhagen, I’d recommend the parking garage of the Fields Shopping Center, in particular if you continue your journey to the South of Denmark.

Location on the ground floor and no options to open a window, apart from the entrance door to the courtyard.

Enjoyable as a base for a family to explore Copenhagen.

Roadworks made the parking situation slightly more difficult, but we were still able to park our car fairly close to the apartment.

Dated and dirty apartment on the ground floor without any privacy curtains (just sheer drapes).

Great location in the city. Getting the keys from the lockbox was very easy.

The apartment was dirty. Dust and cobwebs next to the best. The carpeting needs replacement as it is stained an dirty. The couch is very dirty and tired. The curtains are see-through to a public courtyard so minimal privacy in the place. It isn't emphasized well enough that this is a ground floor courtyard apartment, and without much privacy. Additionally the 2nd smaller bedroom is unusable for anything other than sleeping, so small you cannot even fit a suitcase in there. Given the price, you are much better off getting a nice hotel room than this place. There was noice at all hours (even the middle of the night) from the floor above...made it hard to sleep.

Nice, but a bit overrated. There are better value for money options.

The location is very nice - in the heart of the city and a walking distance to everything. The place has a bit of a charm and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.

I think the place is a bit overrated and the value for money is disputable. The layout is not very good - for example, the second bedroom is without any windows. There's no laundry. We couldn't find how to heat it up and it was a bit cold inside.

Nice apartment with very small bedrooms.

Nice self-catering apartment, with two very small bedrooms. Did not look the same as on the advertised image, perhaps we just got a different apartment. Well equipped kitchenette and nice comfortable sitting area.

Bit of a maze to get in, right at the back of the block. No staff, this is completely self-catering with a lock-box. Very tiny bedrooms, no windows in the bedrooms. No space to store clothing or luggage.

Great place to stay in Copenhagen. Would stay again. Plenty of room for our large family.

Very nice size apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Nyhavn is only a 15 minute walk from the property. Kitchen was very nice and there was a great collection of glasses, cutlery, etc. Check-in and check-out was smooth and everything was communicated clearly.

Near a lot of attractions and shopping opportunities.

The Citadel Apartment was really nice and comfortable. It’s close to the little mermaid, Amalienborg and Nyhavn. Also the pedestrian street for shopping is close. We enjoyed our two days and nights very much.

Good location in quiet part of a vibrant city with most amenities close by.

the location was great, a short walk to the centre, shorter walk to the nearest metro station, and 2 minutes from the little mermaid, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We spent most of our time out of the apartment seeing Copenhagen. Beds were comfortable, living area was spacious enough for our small group. Apartment was clean and well presented. keys were easy to get and there were two sets available which was handy.

The fire alarm went of twice while we were there, fortunately late afternoon both times not middle of the night or early morning. We contacted the emergency number on the contact card, but were told they could not help we had to email the booking company. We did this several times with no response. Luckily the alarm stopped after about 10 minutes each time, but it was frustrating that we could not contact the hosts by phone and emails went unanswered. Without the alarm issue we would probably have given the flat higher scores.

Superb

Location could not be better! Walking distance to almost everything, including the hop on hop off bus for those who want to take advantage of that. Flat is beautiful and clean and everything you'll need. Just one thing, it's a bit loud - meaning if the TV is on in the living room you'll hear it in the bedroom and although the street was calm at night it was loud if there was a speeding car outside. This will only matter if you're a light sleeper I guess. All in all such a good experience!

Right in the city center! Close to the mermaid! Walking distance from basically anything in Copenhagen

Enjoyable stay

great location, super lean and excellent communication. comfortable beds.

no windows in either bedroom as they are completely internal. whilst there is a fan in one room there is not in the other. There was no oven so kitchen facilities acceptable but would have expected an oven given the cost. I think the photos are misleading as the Citadel 1 and 2 are shown together so you are not quite sure what apartment you are booking.

Excellent apartment and great host!

This is a wonderful apartment. Better than I expected. It is better than in the pictures. Everything is very well organized, and the whole communication with the host is flawless. I will gladly stay there again!

Great apartment, location, etc. There was no Air Conditioning so it was quite warm

Last minute booking due to flight cancellation, property was as expected for last minute. I am sure with more notice we would have had things prepared for us.

The building is not marked clearly with the address, arriving late was very difficult to identify the address and the lock boxes. I would suggest a more prominent street address sign, more information on where to find the lock boxes, which lock box labeled for each apartment, and also directions on how to use the lock boxes (after entering the code did not realize to push in two buttons to open and thank goodness for a local taxi driver helping us). We almost gave up and went back to spend the night in the airport.

Property lacks management that can set up good dialogue with neighbors as a result guest get complaints from neighbors that make no sense.

great place to stay, good location and family friendly.

Great location, I believe the place is better than in the photos. We traveled with two babies and the place was comfortable and they provided one baby bed. The apartment is well equiped and clean and as said easy to park and easy to arrive by train or metro from the airport.

There was no dishwasher, it is not necessary but it would be good to have it during vacations. Only two windows are able to open, sometimes is needed to be able to ventilate. But still the apartment is perfect! Those are recommendations only.
