APARTAMENTO PÉSIMO Y CARO

La ubicación

La entrada al edificio está tremendamente sucia (había hasta vómitos de borrachera), las escaleras comunitarias eran excesivamente peligrosas (menos mal que no nos llovió), el apartamento tenía las persianas rotas, los utensilios de cocina eran mínimos y estaban sucios, no había lámparas en el techo (solo las de las mesitas de noche; ni siquiera una lámpara para iluminar la cocina). Los cristales estaban sucísimos (se podrían plantar patatas en ellos...). La mesa para comer era mínima, la puerta de la nevera estaba descolgada y al tirar de ella se salía el frigorífico de su posición. Las almohadas tenían más usos que las de un hostel barato. Una relación calidad precio absolutamente decepcionante tomando en consideración que estamos en un país como Dinamarca. El trato con la propiedad totalmente nulo, no pudimos hacer ningún cambio en los horarios de check in. APARTAMENTO DECEPCIONANTE !!!!

Good stay in the city center

The studio in a nice historical building in the city center, around the corner from the town hall, close the the shops and metro. The owners kindly allowed an early check-in. The place is well equipped (bathroom, kitchenette), also including consumables, and reasonably clean.

The place needs basic maintenance - the fridge was loose and about to fall out the kitchen cabinet, the kitchen tap was loose too. There is no furniture to store stuff. The view from the windows is gloomy as they face the neighboring houses across the yard. The description is a bit confusing as it says the holiday house, while only a studio is actually rented out.

Letti singoli e non un matrimoniale, stoviglie sporche e polvere in eccesso. Non molto pulito, contatto in presenza assente con l Host. Solo indicazioni via SMS. Poca empatia

Very very happy although I did have 23kgs & it was heavy to drag up steps Otherwise excellent stay!!

Position was perfect, placed in the very centre of the town, moreover the metroline very close so you can travel everywhere in town

kitchen was not so clean and the fridge was unstable, there was no product to clean the room by ourself, there was only one tea towel for 5 days of staying. No loundry available nor clothesline.

Disappointed

It’s not very clean, the sheets especially. The curtains are very hard to open and close. There are endless bell rings at night. Only 3 toilet paper is provided. Not tissue no water. And only one key is provided. Not recommended for this price. And if you have big luggage to carry, they don’t have elevator and it’s on 2nd floor.

Unbeatable location. Block and half to City hall. Quaint top floor loft. Minimalist decor.

The stairs were narrow, which I wouldn't mind but the cleaning crew left their vacuum cleaners and mops in the way EVERY DAY. Dangerous obstacle course. People were smoking in the building. I was asked to take out the garbage. Huh, what? Not a repeat for us.

The third floor walk up was a tad hard on us as we’re in our 70’s.

Super stay, we will come back!

Very well located, very comfortable and super clean. The apartment is located in a city center but in a backyard so not noisy at all, which is very pleasant! I will come back!

The store of the windows were not easy to open and close, maybe good to change them. And we would have appreciated a small booklet with the nice cafes, restaurants, always nice to have to visit a city!

Spacious apartment; excellent beds; quite central; prompt communication with host.

Checkout at 10 AM is quite early; the apartment is illuminated by table lamps and floor lamps, but ceiling lamps would be most effective.

Pleasant

The apartment was spacious, quiet and very central, excellent wifi, we really loved it. Nice host, gave us early check in.

Lots of potential for improvement. No TV, simple furniture (no wardrobe storage), poor lighting, insufficient heating (it was cold, uncomfortable to stay in the apartment), poor ventilation. Moderately clean. It was heavy to carry suitcases to the 4th floor (no lift).

Exceptional

Building at the center, very close to all opportunities, very clean and silence. Ovners gives fast response all your questions. Flat has got everything basicly what you need (kitchen equipment (dish washer, kettle, french press, spoon, knife, plates, pan etc..., wifi was very fast). Close to metro, city center, shopping centers, markets and night life. Flat was very big, beds are new, little soft but comfortable. It was same and more opportunity with the picture. Room was just little bit cold for cold winter days if it can be 2-3 degree more hot it would be perfect. If you think to rent absolutely suggest.

Cozy Centrally Located Attic Accommodation

Great location near the city hall, Tivoli Gardens and Central Station. The attic is cozy and charming with enough amenities for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom tiles are heated. The owner has clear instructions on what to do.

If you will be renting the upper floors of the property, brace yourself to a winding staircase with no elevator access to the top. It could be a little challenge for those with heavy luggages or people who are physically unable to climb several flights of winding stairs.

The apartment was very clean and right in the center, we really loved it

We were on the forth floor with stip stairs so going up with the luggage was very challenging. Also there is a view to a school so the classroom was straight in our window

sadly the music from the bar below ruins this place

sooooo loud at night it’s literally on top of a bar and the music was thumping the entire night till like 5am also very small for the price

We survived, slept well

Excellent location, lovely bathroom, well enough equipped for three male travellers, just needing a place to sleep and wash

The stairs, there was no warning on Booking.com that potentially you could end up in a 2nd or 3rd floor apartment, with very steeps stairs and a wholly inadequate handrail. I have arthritic knees, and access was very difficult.

Great location, great host.

We loved the location, crisp clean white linen, so close to the new Rådhuspladsen Metro Station that we didn't need a taxi, so easy with the key arrangements & such easy communication with our host ;-)

The large beds were extremely soft (1 of us has back problems), so had to move to the single bed which was wonderfully firm. On arrival (very late after much delay at the airport!), we found the frying pan was greasy & so we had to wash it before we could use it!
