Friendly staff. A bit pricey for the accommodations.

Location.

Bathroom had issues with shower. Most of water went through the bathtub spout even with the pull up for the shower. It was very hot and the wall/portable hotel a/c was loud and either cold or too hot when dripping a bit.

Nett aber überteuert

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps für den Nationalparkbesuch. da wir früh aufbrachen, wurde uns das Frühstück zum Mitnehmen schon vorab gegeben.

Das Motel ist schon recht abgelebt. Preis-Leistungsverhälnis stimmt nicht. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und es roch stark nach Reinigungsmitteln. Die Lage ist direkt an der Durchgangsstraße. Die Hotels auf der anderen Straßenseite liegen in Richtung der Berge und haben einen besseren Blick

Would not stay here again

Amazing location

Pulled up to our room where we were met with an overflowing garbage can- that continued to get worse for the next 3 days before it was taken care of. Inside was a huge bummer. Lots of little things were broken or falling apart. Floors weren’t cleaned well. The cool photos on the wall weren’t even hung straight.

A great place to stay in Zion National Park.

The room was clean and spacious. The microwave and fridge were very helpful. The checkin staff was very helpful and friendly. The grab and go breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely come back.

Key stopped working and locked out of room at 9 pm with front desk locked. Pounded on door to find somebody.

Pleasant stay in a wonderful location

Loved that it was so close to Zion National Park and that it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, art galleries. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and up to date.

Clean, friendly, great place to stay to enjoy Zion National Park.

Location was fantastic - across the street from the shuttle bus and tons of food options within walking distance. Clean room, a little small for 3 adults (finding room to put luggage), but overall updated and very comfortable.

Basic accom, close to Zion entry

Great location in Springdale, shuttle bus stop very close by, grocery store across the street. Bed was comfortable. Great view across the street.

Needs some maintenance. The toaster was broken. Kitchen faucet didn't work properly. Hotplate provided takes a very long time to heat up and cook.

Sehr großes und komfortables Zimmer, geniale Lage direkt am Shuttle-Zustieg. Extrem schöne Aussicht von den oberen Zimmern.

Frühstück war eine Verpackungsorgie und echt nicht gut. Kaffee jedoch lecker.

Very poor

close to zion national park and lots of restaurants around.

I can hear the loud footsteps of guests on the room above us. Didn’t get enough sleep because of it. Floor and carpets is not that clean.

Fantastic

Fantastic location, spotless rooms, beautiful view. Easy to get into Zion and across the road from the market which was super convenient for late night snacks.

Parking gets a bit difficult and tight but not terrible.

It was a comfortable stay but room and breakfast could be improved.

The location was good. I like the free drinks. The cleaning person was friendly.

Exceptional

We got a great price before the rush season. TV had excellent picture quality, beds were comfy, and the location is absolutely prime. Parking was easy & right available right by our room.

My only minor gripe is that the towels were rather not absorbent. It seemed like they used too much fabric softener.

Great place to stay to see Zion NP

The location is amazing, the bed excellent & the living room/ kitchen large & roomy. We loved everything.

There are a few things like the lighting in the bathroom & the faucets in the kitchen that need improvements. Still the place is amazing value & Springdale is cute & the perfect location to see Zion.

Great location and services for the value

We like the location, rooms were nice, clean, spacious, they have a nice modern lobby and snack bar area. They also provide breakfast in the morning to go.

We visited during the coldest time of the year, and the rooms were freezing cold, especially with the infant. It would be great if they had turned on the heat before our arrival. the bathroom was extremely cold, and it felt like going out to use one. Breakfast was a great option, but yogurt was expired in all of them.
