Sehr Gutes Hotel mit Super Lage!

Sehr Sehr Freundliches Personal. Extremst zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit! Sehr gute Lage direkt am Eingang zum Nationalpark. Wunderschöner Blick aus dem Hotel raus. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Alles sehr neumodisch! Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr schönes Badezimmer! Poolbereich ist top. Genügend Liegen vorhanden. Wasser sehr angenehm bei großer Hitze. Am Abend kann man schön im Whirlpool entspannen. Frühstück ist für Amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut! Gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen.

Leider Kein Aufschnitt beim Frühstück. (Kein Käse, Salami...) Schade dass die Amerikaner nicht an die Europäischen Urlauber denken was Frühstück angeht.

Don't stay here

The breakfast was good and hot tub had a nice view

Was super excited to stay at this location for the final stop of our Utah trip.....was sadly disappointed! First off, we were placed in a below ground level room with an awful view! Could only see the parking lot from the window. All rooms suites here, yet we didn't have a patio like the majority of them and quite honestly the room layout was awful! The bathroom was sooooo small and in the worst location in the room. If your partner was sleeping and you needed to use the bathroom, there is no way to avoid waking the other person up as the bathroom is right at the foot of the bed! The dead bolt was broken, the sink drained slow and the toilet splashed up & onto the floor every time you flushed.... this place was a huge disappointment..especially for the price we payed for off season week day nights. Hard bed, poor room lighting.... just awful all around

Great place, highly recommended

The location was great and close to the shuttle bus. The room was very clean and spacious. Great staff with good dining recommendations in the town. Also the breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

Lovely hotel not the experience

I loved the location. It was beautiful and clean.

I booked a king suite and was given something else. The manager Jodi was rude when explaining that because we booked through booking they had no obligation to give me what I booked and paid for. Her customer service needs some improvement. The third party excuse is not ok.

disappointing

The Lobby and deck were nice

I was very disappointed in the room, I specified the importance of needing a room that looked out on something and was not dark, and I was put in a dark basement room. The layout of the room and dark severe decor are depressing. I get it that not all travelers can be accommodated to their expectations, but the woman working the front desk was insultingly dismissive and rude, the money we spent on these rooms was A LOT, so at the very least I hope not to be treated with disdain when making a request.

great location, expensive, a lot of amenities

The location was great! The shuttle stopped in front but it was usually full. Beautiful breakfast room view. Property had a lot of amenities. Enjoyed the hot tub and be the breakfast. Room was nice.

The bathrooms need a few things. They should all have slow closing toilet lids, a bath mat for outside the shower, shower door should close, no long mirror- should have one, needs a separate door for toilet, hot tub kid curfew so adults can enjoy it at night with no kids,

I booked at and was quoted one amount…. But when my visa bill came it was for an additional amount???? I was quoted $571 for two nights -but was charged $693??? That is significant and I would appreciate an explanation!

Close to Zion, full breakfast and very good. The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful.
