Prefect location in a beautiful old house in Pienza. Roomy apartment with authentic furniture and attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful little space in the middle of the historic city centre. Location could not be better although we had to walk a bit with our luggage. Communication in English went smooth.
The air conditioning unit was not quite up to the task of cooling the room on a hot summer day.

This was a fantastic little apartment for our stay in Pienza. First off it's extremely central in a very old building which is so cool to stay in! The apartment is pretty big which was very unexpected for us. The central location means you're in walking distance from everything in the town. Wifi was very good, check in was easy.
If you have bicycles you can store them at the E Bike place around the corner for 5 Euro. Worth booking as if she's full you are unable to store them.

Thank you Casa Gioia,
It was a pleasure to stay with you.
Dear Leonardo, thank you for all your help and attention to details. Your directions and descriptions were well understood and we loved your restaurant recommendation.
Our teenagers enjoyed your breakfast snacks and were very happy to have their own beds far away from each others (by the way, spacious and adorable room).
About the other room, it was comfortable and with plenty of space as well.
We used the kitchen and it was well equipped, we used the washer and it worked well.
Pienza is a lovely village and it was easy for us to find parking and also drive to the other Tuscan sites to visit.
We highly recommend this location under Leonardo's care.

The apartment is very cozy and beautiful. I strongly reccomend it.
The stairs to the apartment and to the beds on the mezzanine are a bit uncomfortable.

The Location was excellent.

Terrible, really no breakfast at all.
Host (apparently a younger family member) was impatient, rude, not willing to make us feel welcome. Rushed through the process of giving us keys, then left quickly.
We booked a room advertised on Booking.com as having 2 beds, for 2 gentlemen.
At check-in, the host said we could not use the 2nd bed, in loft, because it was for children only, although the bed folded out to full size for an adult.

The design was beautiful, very central location, impressive attention for the details, you have everything you need in the location for a longer stay, the owners are very nice and helpful.
Definitely would recommend and would gladly come back!
The only dissatisfaction for us was the weak wi fi, you cannot work from the location, if in need like us.
