Very little, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location would have been good if the restaurant were open
The fact that the host was at Rome airport and had to be contacted by phone, the key to the room was hidden in a flower pot and we had to pay by leaving cash in the room at the end of our stay. It took us an hour to find the car parking space as the instructions over the phone were so poor when a map in the room would have made it simple. The main reason for booking this property was the fact that it is advertised as being associated with a restaurant but this was closed and we were not informed of this at the time of booking. The whole town of Pienza was like a ghost town with very few facilities open.

Beautiful room with super convenient location. I had no problems finding a free parking spot in the same area of town a few minutes walk a way. Hosts were super nice, flexible and accommodating.

We particularly liked the architecture of the building, inside and outside, that preserves very well the the toscanian vibes. The room was very beauty, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom large enough. The hotel is right in the center of the city. The restaurant is very good - check the statue from the restaurant. On top of all that, the people are so very nice... We really enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed everything.

The location was okay just because the town was very small.
First of all, the picture is not the same as the room we received. Our room was super small, the bed and the mattress were very uncomfortable, and the entire room was smelly ( bad odor). We could sometimes even smell the food that they were making in the kitchen below us. We had no reception, and the WiFi was working only if we were going downstairs to the main restaurant. It was an absolute disappointment.
This is basically a small local restaurant with few rooms renting to tourists like us. No receptionist, no breakfast or even electric kettle to make a cup of tea, o ly the restaurant owner. We have been on the road for several days and staying in small villages in the area, but never had such a bad experience.

Beautiful city, wonderful hotel. I loved the aesthetic presentation of the hotel - wonderful artwork everywhere. Restaurant was fabulous and I would highly recommend it.
Can't think of anything.

Nice selection of tea, large and comfortable mattress.
The first thing I noticed was that the floors were incredibly dusty. Which is a shame because the bathroom was spotless.
The worst part though was the noise. The kitchen of the restaurant is next door to the room and the staff is incredibly noisy, always shouting at each other. Certainly not the romantic atmosphere we were looking for.

The bathroom was quirky and the bedroom was quite costo. The structure is in a perfect position, close to all the shops and restaurants.
There wasn't much space in the room overall

Eclectic rooms which were all very original. The Suite had a massive bathroom including a massage chair! The owners were very relaxed and helpful. The location was in the centre of Pienza and very handy for restaurants, bars, shopping and sightseeing. Would visit again.

We loved our room. It was on the smaller side but had a luxurious bed with beautiful bedding and a lovely bathroom. Everything was great and the staff were lovely we just met them at check in and asked them some questions through booking.com messaging.
Parking is outside the town but it's a 5 minute walk and quite easy to drive + bring bags over.
The wifi didn't work very well but I imagine it's very difficult to get wifi in Pienza

Its a sweet hotel with friendly staff and most amazing restaurant downstairs. The dinning experience was terrific.
The room was super stylish and the shower was perfect.

there were so many little decorative tchotchkes in the room that I had to move things to make stuff for myself.

the neighbourhood is quiet in the night, room decoration is pretty and cozy. Staff is very kind.
no WIFI in the room, which is very inconvenient
