The food was outstanding, both well cooked and presented.
Nothing particulary, altho the tv relied on connection thru i-player, which kept dropping out.

This is a fabulous B&B and the owner Jazmine was absolutely brilliant and made us so welcome. It really felt like you came to your own house, so heart warming. Jazmine always took time to chat with the guests and that was something very nice.
Room was big and spacious. Bathroom really nice and big. Bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was working well.
Loved everything 🥰

Monday nights is the only evening no food is served. But the menu looed good. Not a deal breaker, we ate elsewhere before arriving having been advised of this beforehand. Breakfast delicious.
Bedroom not huge and spacious but comfortable and served its purpose for an overnight stay.

Traditional village pub, great food, good selection off beverages, friendly helpful staff
being located in the country the O2 signal was none existent, WiFi on the ground floor was good, but in the bedrooms it was too weak for WiFi video or calls, WhatsApp messaging was ok

the cosy atmosphere given by the hosts. the bar was well stocked with plenty of choices.
The breakfasts well excellent plenty to eat. we had one evening meal which was ok choice’s we’re a bit limited. The room was lovely and bed was great, bathroom had everything you would need.
The outside area was great lovely little river running and plenty of seating areas.
lack of choices on menus no catering for intolerances or gluten free meals. Not the host fault as tied in to a brewery choices.

The Bathurst Arms is located in a lovely and quiet area, with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The interior is very cozy, and the host is very attentive and very easy to chat to. The breakfast was very tasty and filling, with unlimited hot drinks.
Phone signal and data is very weak in the area. The Bathrust Arms does have WiFi, but it is spotty at best.

location
no heating the first night, they provided an electric heater which was off until we got there in the evening so room was freezing cold. No hot water for both nights. Toilet also broke which caused water to spray. Offered a small refund which was never paid despite chasing

The owner’s commitment to service.
Unfortunately, due to the extreme cold weather, water pipes froze and there was some flooding. However the owner/manger dealt with the crisis very well.

It was a nice place but as I said before we didn’t get the discount we were promised I rang booking .com and Bathurst arms but no money back so not happy I’ve said above what the issue was with both parties rang you twice Bathurst once
Better communication nice but disappointed by the outcome

Breakfast was good quality but very small portions, the staff were friendly and helpful especially the receptionist and the gentleman at the bar
Paid extra for king size room but was told it was just the bed that was king size so would have been better value if we booked a standard room. Big stains on carpet, marks on walls and the bathroom was dirty on skirting boards and around grouting and taps and the toilet seat.

Quaint Cotswolds pub. Surprisingly quiet but lots of atmosphere. Outstanding breakfast, fabulous local beers.
I really enjoyed my stay.
Very comfortable and the staff did their best over everything.
The male staff member being nasty to the female member was unacceptable, verging on bullying her.
The urine stained toilet seat could do with replacing.
The warning about the hot water was expected to mean it's very hot but this was just about tepid.
None of this was serious enough to put me off returning.
Note, the photo of the bed is after I'd slept in it. The room was made up perfectly on arrival.

An enjoyable stay. A typical English pub: Great atmosphere, excellent food and log fires. Lovely room and comfortable beds.

rural setting, quaint Cotswold pub, easy parking...breakfast was reasonable but understaffed ( see below )
not enough staff, bedroom was very cramped, bathroom was grubby in places including an old and yellowed toilet seat. Poor value for what we paid, trading on the tourist lure I felt....drinks also seemed dear
