Davvero l'ideale per una notte in città

L'albergo si trova in posizione strategica. A dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a 5 minuti a piedi dall'Arena, in una zona tranquilla, comoda a bar e ristoranti. Il personale è gentilissimo e super disponibile (non funzionava l'asciugacapelli e ce lo hanno immediatamente sostituito). Nota di merito alla colazione - a buffet, fornitissima di dolce e salato. Se ripasso a Verona ci torno di sicuro!!!

Above all else, the staff were amazing and very friendly, we had as much fun talking with them.

We could not have asked for a better location which was minutes from all attractions as well as the train station. The continental breakfast was very good and the family owned staff were amazing and very helpful.

The room could have been a little larger but really all you need is a bed and a bathroom when you are traveling for sightseeing.

A great place to sleep while visiting Verona with Super hosts!

Andrea and Francesca are super hosts, friendly, charming, and accommodating your every need. The entire staff was excellent! Location is perfect, right between the train station and the city. Great value!

It would be great to have a mini fridge or coffee setup in the room

Nette Beratung an der Rezeption, was leider durch schlechten Zimmerservice zunichte gemacht wurde.

Der Service an der Rezeption inkl. Beratung zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Freundlichkeit war äußerst gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Abfluss im Bad war verstopft und ist nur sehr langsam abgeflossen. Nach Reklamation am ersten Tag wurde versprochen, dass es am nächsten Tag behoben wird - ohne weitere Info ist nichts passiert und erst am letzten Tag bei Abreise wurde erklärt, dass die Abfluss-Reinigungs-Firma nicht kommen konnte. Außerdem war der Zimmerservice nicht gut - jeden Tag wurden mehr Handtücher entfernt aber nicht durch neue ersetzt. Das Toilettenpapier ging auch aus. Als Antwort beim Checkout: "Ja, die Dame vom Zimmerservice ist neu". Das war enttäuschend.

It is a lovely family run hotel , rooms are very clean bed is very comfortable. Very short walk from Arena, in the very city centre. Breakfast offers a nice and well presented variety of salt/ sweet goodies. Staff is super kind and superfriendly.

I would be back - so I would not say something has gone wrong. Bathroom is tiny - true- but very clean . But indeed tiny bathrooms are typical in very old buildings in historic towns as Verona is.

Wonderful hosts

Francesca and Jo welcomed us and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location is good and the room comfortable.

It was a little noisy being a Saturday with some late night revellers.

Everything was good. Hotel is a perfect location, close to the city center so you reach it by foot. Especially liked the private parking as it is nightmare to find a parking lot in the city center. Also breakfast was good with home-like feeling :)

Minute TV. Reception staff not very personal and declined to speak Italian with my wife even though she is learning and wanting to speak it. Old fashioned interior could do with a refresh. Dining room very congested

Very good breakfast and location. Appears to be a family run business, the young family members were very friendly and very helpful with giving advice on what to see and do.

Great location, very firendly staff. A real value for the money.

Location, very close to city centre (Arena, Fortevecchio, etc.). Breakfast was good. Parking located right behind the hotel. Fantastic staff. Very cosy ambient.

The only thing I can remember of was that there were no power plugs at the bedside. I had to unplug the TV and a light to be able to plug in two mobile device chargers.

Bountiful breakfast and really good coffee Location was excellent and really was 15 mins to the station and close to central Verona sites

The room was very clean and balcony with rear view but it was on the basic side and the shower was terrible. The lamp was very dated

About 10 mins walk from the station or an easy bus ride. The room was nice and clean. Bed was quite big for a single. Location is good easy to walk everywhere.

My room was beautiful and as a traveler alone I felt very looked after, great little place, amazing location, short walk from the train station and bus station and very close to the centre, hardly any walk at all 💓

Great location, lovely staff, great breakfast.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect for the centre of Verona.

The walls in my room were super thin and the guys in the room next door were very noisy. I could here their alarms going off very early in the morning and their shower kept me awake, they left it running while they went for breakfast, at least I think that was what they were doing! This is by no means the hotel's fault but I personally wouldn't risk a bad nights sleep by staying there again.

The location to town center and train station was excellent. The Staff was amazing. Breakfast was amazing.

I thought the price was a little high. Booking.com has me as A genius level 1 I am a 3. Incompetence on not changing it is wrong.

Breakfast was good Staff were very attentive. I had a creature in my room after leaving the balcony door open for hours - oops. A member of staff came up to get rid of it for me, he was very friendly. I stayed in a single room which had an amazing balcony, but it was more like a terrace. A lovely place to sit and watch the sun as it sets. Great location - a short walk from Juliet's House.

The toilet didn't flush during my stay...

I spent a wonderful holiday in Verona also due to this very beautiful hotel, close to Piazza Bra, with very kind staff. I hope to come back some day.

A mini fridge would have been useful, but not a big problem with so many places to eat nearby.

lovely staff, very good located and a wonderful classic hotel. Also perfect if you travel by car with a private parking lot. Defiantly recommend this hotel.
