Комфортное место во всех отношениях как для короткого пребывания, так и для длительного проживания

Очень удобная и функциональная гостиница, большие номера-студии со всем необходимым. Чисто. Приятно порадовала стиральная машина с сушкой в номере. На мой взгляд, одна из лучших гостиниц во Франкфурте, если смотреть на предложения с мини-кухней. В 70 метрах большой торговый центр с супермаркетом Rewe,можно найти парковку. До центра можно пешком, можно трамваем.

Impressive hotel with great facilities and comfort

The room was very spacious and superbly neat. The room cleaners are highly professional and do very diligent cleaning. The internet was great and good for working remotely. I was able to have video meetings without any glitches. I'm highly impress with the facilities and would definitely stay here again anytime I'm in Frankfurt

There is alot which I didn’t like. First, rooms are not at all smart so smartflats doesn’t make sense. Second, toilet and shower has only one key so only one can use either of it at a time (useless to say you have two separate). Third, blinds are broken. Fourth, elevator not working at all and it’s not mentioned in booking.com at all. If its not working and you haven’t informed customer then you must send someone to help, we had to get all our luggage up 4 stories. On top of it, you told me on call that you have mentioned it on booking.com which is wrong, we booked couple months ago. So you should have informed us by call. This means service is worst. Luggage storage not available after 5pm. Another service related problem. The staff there was good though. It was dirty.

really nice apartment hotel. When we entered we had a really nice view and the room was clean.

The bathroom gets easily wet since there is no phisical barrier on the floor. Therefore, pay attention when you take showers.

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and also quiet with full kitchen. The staff was friendly. Gluten free bread was at the breakfast on request.

The location was bit too far from tourist attractions.

Everything was great - very spacious and clean room with good layout. A comfortable bed; good shower. Very helpful and pleasant reception staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Frankfurt

Great place for staying a night or two. But you probably want to go to the East End one.

Apartment was nicely laid out. Overall a good place for a weekend trip. Good for business trip.

Booking failed to mention a fee to use the sofa bed that is in the room (35 euros!!). We split the bed and moved a mattress to the living room, which is how we found a fork underneath, and that the floor under the bed not having been vacuumed in a very long time. There is no coffee provided for the machine.

The room information stated the restaurant was open for dinner and room service. We planned to utilise it one night but had to go out quite late with kids to find dinner. The hotel information on the television system needs to be updated.

Disappointing

Bedrooms furniture and lightings were dusty, curtain in one of the bedrooms partly went off hooks (not resolved till end of our stay),toilet flushing system went faulty twice during our stay, one shower room was badly affected by moss which already turned brown/orange colour !After numerous complains made to the management , no action were taken till the end our 9 nights stay! We caught flue (sneezing) during our stay , probably due to the dust and moss problems. No bell boy around during our check out.

Nice hotel , however be mindful when dealing with reception & putting deposit on your credit card.

The room was lovely

Reception staff …. Lack of communication… had breakfast in my booking but wasn’t on list also in my booking had requested gluten free options. My friend had to put down credit card for deposit & they took €11000 ( instead of €100!)out which still hasn’t been credited back.

One or two things were always broken. The lobby bar is dead. Also in front of the hotel is a construction site.

We will definitely go back, but book earlier to hopefully get better prices

The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The location to the trade fair was perfect and very close. The Mall was beside the hotel and would recommend having breakfast there instead of in the hotel. There is a supermarket in the mall too so with a kitchen in the room its great as all the restaurants are booked up well in advance during show time. Pick up a pizza and a bottle of wine for a couple of Euros and everyone's a winner!

There was a lovely bar in the lobby, but apparently the hotel only has 1 member of staff to work in it, and when we were there he hurt his back so the bar stayed closed!. I still can't understand why they only have 1 member of staff to work the bar. That said, the reception had a fridge full of bottled beer so I was happy. Only my wife suffered with no gin and tonics. I didn't like paying over €2000 for 3 nights. I think €500 would have been more than fair, but I guess all the hotels bump the prices during shows etc. Booking late didn't help
