Erst hui dann leider pfui

Ansich ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten jedoch passierten etliche Dinge, die uns am Ende den eigentlich tollen Aufenthalt vermiest haben.

Das Personal hat uns offensichtlich bestohlen, da vergessene Gegenstände, die nachweislich in einer Schublade im Zimmer lagen, nicht herausgegeben werden. Es wurde unterschlagen und das Personal ruft trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung und Versprechungen nicht zurück und fährt eine Zermürbungstaktik.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Ausstattung 4 Sterne, Service noch nicht ganz!

Schönes Zimmer, gut durchdachte Beleuchtung, gutes Frühstück

Spa war nicht verfügbar; keine Handtuchstangen im Bad, obwohl reichlich Platz gewesen wäre; der Reinigungsservice war noch nicht besonders gut ausgebildet (tagesdecke zusammen geknüllt auf einem Sessel, nasse Handtücher zusammen gefaltet)

Ausbaufähige Leistungen

Der Preis der Dienstleistungen vor Ort ist zu hoch. Essen und trinken unglaublich teuer. Parkgebühren: 46 Euro pro Nacht (echt unverschämt).

Preisleistung ist absolut in Ordnung und für Frankfurter Verhältnisse sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte ein Upgrade, da das reservierte Zimmer belegt war. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und das Zimmer hatte im 22. Stock auch einen kleinen Balkon.

Die Rezeption ist stark überlaufen und die Wartezeit für ein Spiegelei mit über 30 Minuten ist beim Frühstück doch etwas zu lang.

Außergewöhnlich

Das Frühstück war super, die Einrichtung des Hotels war perfekt und auch die Lage mit Nähe zur Messe war genau perfekt Außerdem wurden wir mit einem skyline Blick überrascht. Das ist das erste mal das ich sagen kann, dass das hotel besser aussah als auf den Bildern!

Guten Hotel

Super moderne Unterkunft mit einem schönen Blick.

Wie bei den meisten großen Hotels und vor allem diesen großen Komplexen, lässt sich kein Fenster öffnen. Die Klimaanlage ist die ganze Nacht sehr laut und lässt sich leider nicht leiser stellen.

Una noche em Frankfurt

Todo el staff fue muy amable una muy buena ubicación del hotel, muy cerca a todo. La habitación tenia una vista fabulosa a la cuidad. El desayuno delicioso y el servicio para mascotas excelente! Muchas gracias.

El parqueadero del hotel no estuvo funcionando durante la estancia y uno de los los Portier fue un poco grosero por uno parquear frente al hotel para poder subir las maletas al carro.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt ist das Hotel von der Lage und Service sehr zu empfehlen.

Frühstück war gut: alles vorhanden. Saunabereich sauber und tolle Aussicht im 2.Stock auf der Terrasse.

Leider nicht so wie gehofft

Bin gestern Abend angereist habe eine Junior Suite gebucht Klima war defekt wurde in ein anderes Zimmer geschickt um 1:20 nachts Sachen gepackt rüber ins Zimmer Zimmer war benutzt und nicht sauber gemacht , von da aus Rezeption angerufen auf eine neue Karte und Zimmer 30 Minuten gewartet kam keiner musste selbst runter in der Rezeption , so im Zimmer angekommen war es nichtmal mehr eine Junior Suite sonder ein normales Doppelzimmer und viel kleiner als das von mir gebuchte Zimmer , kann leider ihr Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen morgen früh an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt das es nicht zufriedenstellend war nichtmal eine kleine Entschädigung bekommen

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and the location was superb.

The breakfast spread just average. The sugar free tablets were months beyond the date of expiration and there was no new stock.

Arrived on a 31 degree day Got to our room and it was so hot we couldn’t breathe The controls for the ac were very confusing Technician came and said it was working and that was as cool as the room would get So we moved rooms but I have to say the ac in the new room was very average

-locations is good -they have rituals toiletries Overall a total disappointment, do not recommend to anyone .

Unfortunately impression not that the best -dirty glass was left in the minibar fridge from a quest before . When I called receptions they’ve send a cleaner who cleaned it with just napkin without any cleaning amenities. -minibar didn’t have all things that’s was writing on the list . -no coffee or tea bags, sugar -only one bottle of water -extremely dirty floors -no hairdryer -dirty pillow with some yellow stain on it -the air conditioner panel didn’t work so I couldn’t change the room temperature in the end ended up getting even sick -in WC doors was dirty in something that looked like period blood or poo , totally disgusting Definitely not gonna stay in here again not in Frankfurt not in any other city .

Good Location, Great Staff but don't bring your car!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was central enough, staff were lovely. Good clean room.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I went to pay for my parking after 3 days at the hotel. 130€ for 3 days is absolutely astounding. I couldn't believe it. When I went back to reception to enquire about the price, I was told that 43€ was the cost per day. I then travelled out of the city to a luxury 5 star hotel and the parking cost 18€ a day. Way way too expensive!!
