The animals were amazing. There is such a huge variety of animals and they are easy to find. They come right up to your accommodation in the morning. It was mind-blowing to see so many beautiful animals. I also loved the café which is so convenient and our guide was very kind and knowledgeable.
The chalet we stayed in was in need of an upgrade, but I think they are busy upgrading all their units. I'll try for a newer one next time. Booking.com made it a bit difficult to see pictures of our specific chalet so it's hard to know which option to choose. I would LOVE to come back.

Nice lodge with everything you could need. animals are walking freely.
It seemed a little man made with house all around and a little upgrade to the bathroom is needed.

The setting was wonderful. We were staying in the chalet and we're the only ones on that night. Driving around the game park several times, often having to stop for the animals in the road. We saw the giraffes and the rhinos several times as well as the many different antelopes and plenty of ostrich. The restaurant was fine for our needs and we self-catered in the evening. We could hear the lions overnight and early in the morning.
We didn't see any monkeys! But, there is little anyone can do about that, just unlucky.

Breakfast not applicable. Stayed in cabin before so knew what to expect.Reasonably comfortable and good value for the money including entrance fee. The icing on the cake was two close encounters with the rhinos.
All good.

Rhino amongst people could be triggered. Warning of break ins but no burglar bars. No staff to walk you to your room. 5pm book in slot and time in makes it impossible to go out for scenery. No light switch for bathroom
