Amazing and would come back again

Federico is extremely hospitable and the room was extremely comfortable and clean . He had home made sangria waiting for me upon arrival and was also very attentive with directions on how to get to the hotel as well. He has a great knowledge of the area and also sent an extensive list of places to eat, drink and explore. Definitely a super host and I would 100% return and stay here again. Great location also

Great host, great property, great location.

Lovely warm welcome by Federico with a homemade cup of Sangria. and some excellent recommendations on places to visit and eat/drink - highly recommend the lounge bar. Great location, nice rooms and fixtures and fittings are lovely. We woke up to freshly squeezed orange juice.

Lovely apartment, great location and even greater host! Frederico was more than welcoming and made us feel at home in the city, amongst the countless recommendations he even phoned ahead to a local restaurant to explain our dietary requirements. Amazing!

A great refugee in the city center !

A great refugee in the city center of Santa Marquerita. The location is very closed to shops, bus station and train, in a quiet area. We loved the song birds every morning and evening, the fresh smell of jasmine in front of the building, and most of all we appreciate the good communication that we have with Federico , the help that he provided to make our journey more beautiful, and we won't forget the fresh orange juice that he offers to us every day! You can't find anyone better than him! Good price ,clean and cozy rooms! A mixture of old and new, wild and homey, like the all areea in Santa Marquerita and Genoa.

- great base on a pretty street, well located - comfortable room, all items felt high end luxury - fantastic host! very knowledgeable about SML and surrounding areas, very helpful and made my birthday stay feel special. thank you for your warm hospitality Federico! highly recommend!

The owner is fantastic! Very friendly, informative and passionate about his accommodation! Fresh orange juice from their orange tree was a nice touch in the morning after a few drinks at the sunflower.

Very nice location, basically in the city center, really close to a beach and railway station, rooms are of a very high quality, but the best is a host, who will do everything to make sure, that you will have a nice stay.

One point to be improved: find a facility to store luggage in a case of early check-in

Sensible price for a last minute booking, excellent host, lovely bathroom, nice room. The sangria that the host had made was a nice touch and a genuinely very nice person to deal with. A lovely experience vs staying in a large hotel chain or similar.

It is a perfectly stylish apartment in a beautiful neighborhood, 5 mins from the center and sea. The landlord is a super cool guy, who gave us tons of useful tips and information about where to go, eat and fave a great time! all the recommendations for Plan Sea and Ligurian coast

The location was amazing with the main shops and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The host was very helpful and communicative (maybe a bit too much).

The room was tiny. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very small for 2 people. The shower was so small neither of us could barely fit inside. There were no communal amenities (cutlery, crockery, etc).

Plan Sea is a nice three rooms bed and breakfast very nice decorated attended by its owner Federico. A very nice guy. Walking distance from the beach, train station, restaurants, vaporetto etc. I spent there 6 days and was like my home. Santa Margherita is beautiful and an ideal place to make base and visit different small towns at la Liguria. Plan Sea is a very good option to stay at more if you travel alone.

Stylish stay at Santa Margherita with a cool owner

Beautifully styled rooms, with a brand new bathrooms. We liked most of all birds singing in the morning and closeness of the city center and the bus stop. The street where the place is situated very cosy one as well with little traffic. The owner gives very cool advice for non touristic destinations
