Sehr empfehlenswert.
Alles war prima.

Very nice property and well kept.
The location. It’s up on a hill and there are many steps. It is very tiring to get up there with a suitcase.

The rooms are spacious. The common area is nice.
The parking was difficult to find. The bed was quite stiff, and the pillows were as well.

The hotel is amazing, and it’s a pity it is so underrated. It is in the very heart of Old Nazareth, and the hotel itself is a very unique experience and an organic part of the old city. We didn’t meet the staff, but they did their best to provide everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
As other reviews mention, there is a lot of stairs, but the hotel informed us in advance.

The house is very beautiful, near the town center made in antique style. The place is very peaceful and there’s big balcony on the top of the roof with amazing view on Nazareth. I really enjoyed.

It was very spacious and in a good location. Although it was operated from a distance, I received clear instructions on how to arrive and the key codes to enter the property. There was a slight problem with one of the rooms which was quickly resolved with a phone call.
I felt fine there so there is nothing to say except that if visitors have a lot of luggage then there are many steps! However, the instructions also say this

I like the decoration of the house.
I enjoy the breakfast.
It was not easy to find the hotel.

I didn't meet the host, but clear instructions were provided for everything - how to reach the property, how to self check in and where to find the breakfast. My room was quiet and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast. The place is easy to reach from the Church of the Annunciation, if you don't mind a few steps. The view from the rooftop terrace is great.
I found the shower area a bit small, but it was clear from the pictures that it would be like that.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the public area was so beautiful and the WiFi there was excellent
The location can't be reached by car you need to walk inside the old city to access the property which is not always convenient especially when you come back late and tired.
The WiFi in the room was weak

The accomodations were nice with a good view of the city and good breakfast.
I don't recommend people to bring luggage due to the stairs.

The breakfast was excellent and very delicious. There was far more than we could manage.
It was up a lot of steps, but then so is most of Nazareth by the looks of things. If you have a problem with steps this wouldn't be the best place for you.

The property is clean, the facilities are good. I love their balcony on top which you will see an amazing view. plus the staff are nice.
not the hotel’s fault but it is just hard to get into the hotel because the road is too steep and so many stairs to climb so don’t bring too much stuff because the parking is quite far. But it is walkable to the center/market and Basilica of the annunciation.

Quiet rooms, comfortable sitting and dining area, perfect view from the rooftop. The host was very kind and provided many useful info on traveling in the country. The breakfest was tasty and more than enough. The citycenter is just a few minutes walk.
From the free parking places there is a track to the guest house. Be prepared for steep streets and steps.

Disappointing experience. Too expensive for what it offers and does not deliver. The place is not easy to find, and, to make things worse, the owner is not able to give directions in the neighborhood (what a shame!). Once you find it, you realize that you cannot reach it by car (do not try it! also note: the parking is paid - if you find a spot -, and it is distant from the guesthouse, 200m of steep slopes up and down), and, if you or one of your mates have any mobility restrictions, you will regret being a guest there (steep slopes, ladders, slippery terrain).
The reservation in booking.com promised many items such as TV, cable channels, refrigerator, ironing facilities, hairdryer etc. But... no TV in the bedrooms; the one in the lounge, not working (when asked about it, the owner gave no answer); refrigerator, not in the bedrooms, but in a dining room (locked, of course), accessible in another floor after walking outdoors, for there are no indoor stairs communicating the different tiers (found it only after asking the owner about the fridge), ironing facilities (what?). Ok, one might say it seems too demanding, or picky, but, wait a minute and think, one paid for it, after reading the terms of the reservation!
Regarding breakfast: upon checking-in, I asked the owner (by phone) what time it would be served (I knew I would have to pay USD 15.00 for breakfast per person, according to my reservation). The owner simply told that there would be nobody to serve breakfast.
To be fair, yes, the rooms were very clean, but only this does not make up for lack of hospitability and professionalism from the owner, clumsiness and unwillingness to assist guests.
If you are a backpacker, up to 30 years old, the place might meet your expectations (mind the price, however!). But, if you have a family, children, any old person, you should better find a hotel around Annunciation Church (believe me!).

A beautiful lobby with water, coffee and tea and comfy chairs. A big roof terasse with fantastic view. Charming rooms.
You need a phone to check in - there is no one in the reception. The area around is very deserted in the evening.

A very lofty roof top view of Nazareth. This accomodation is not a good option for anyone challenged by a few steps! It was quiet and yet there was opportunity to meet other travellers in the very comfortable lobby room with tea and coffee facilities. Good communication from Yosef and a very comfortable nights sleep.
The very steep hill into the car park in a small hire car! but very good to have a parking space within a short walk.

You have to be prepared for the walk uphill to the hotel through the old bazaar - not easy with luggage! Once there, however, it is a nice, comfortable place with a shared living room and fireplace and views over the city. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. There were very few other visitors and it had a homely feel to it that made the stay enjoyable
For an older person, the location on the hillside made getting there quite tiring

Beautiful building
Location is good
Thé bed was not exactly straight… kind of 15 degrés on the left side.., easy to fix by the owner… Hard Eggs not well cooked, liquid… Disappointing… The hostel is very difficult to find, should add indications on the street….
except that, would deserve 8 on 10

Rooms had very basic furnishing but were made up with taste and had comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. Very good location in the heart of old nazareth. Very nice common space. Overall good value for money.
Lack of some practical details in the bathroom (where to put or hang clothes)
3.5 / 5.0
Very close and conveniently located to all the holy sights. Easy to get to on foot.
Breakfast was very good and a great choice.
Rooms were comfortable and quiet, I slept soundly.
The host Yousuf is very accommodating and nice.
Too many steps to climb to the hotel. Very confusing to get to from the old market.
One pair of towels and one of the twin beds had a strong body odour although they appeared clean. It also had ladies hair.
The dining room and furniture in the lounge was full of dust. Kitchen was a mess piled up with dirty dishes.
