Location, view, sunset.
The food was less elaborate. The breakfast had many jams but not as many savory spreads.
4.3
Outstanding breakfast perfectly served in a lovely setting.

Beautiful house in an amazing location on a hillside overlooking the Pella ruins. The house and location were both so atmospheric and it really felt like you had escaped from it all. Also, the dinner and breakfast served were the best and the hosts who live a short walk away were very kind. We also recommend the Pella site tour with the female archaeologist guide (sorry forgotten her name!) very informative!
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Extraordinary: beautiful house in an exceptional location with views over the ruins of Pella. The food is also very high quality.
It's comparatively expensive but it is good value for money.

Amazing, once of it’s kind experience, the views are astonishing
design and theme, location and the food

Great place to relax and enjoy calmness... not much to do around :-)
No many offers for food and drinks...

very beautiful location, host served us nice dinner, great view from the porch, good breakfast.
bathroom bathtub was very small and water was all over the place)

The location is unique. The accommodation is basically the only one near Pella and offers a view of the archaeological site. It was relatively easy to find.
We had the smaller unit which was "cosy". The inside is a bit tired, dusty and run down. There is a small terrace. Electricity is available from 6.30pm to 8.30am. Wifi did not work. Breakfast was good, but not to be compared with the sister hotel Beit al-Baraka. There is only one small restaurant right next to the house at the archaeological site, which has extremely (!!) inflated prices for simple dishes (this was our only time in Jordan that we felt cheated). Self catering (if possible) would be the best option. I give 8 points with some hesitation.

the house is stunning, it's like you are in a movie set, the surrounding area is spectacular
was difficult to communicate with the management, they did not provide enough information , e.g we booked excurtion , we did not know we have to arrange our own transport to the site! so ended up getting delayed

spectacular view, excellent structure great breakfast

It's a great location and abu Amar and um Amar are great hosts. Really enjoyed the meditation hike. The ladies were great!

Wonderful welcome and very helpful staff. Sumptuous breakfast cooked on site every morning - it felt like being rich!
Such a beautiful, evocative house in a magnificent setting. If you want to visit Pella, this is the place!
Electricity (and therefore hot water) only ran at night - but they are fixing this.

Beautiful remote location and the suite was very cosy with an outdoor area with stunning views. I really enjoyed the day hike they offered as well. The food was amazing for breakfast and dinners.

Location idyllic. Views of Jordan Valley. Breakfast and even meal good Arabic fare. It’s a place to get away from it all. Opportunities to walk, visit Pella. Or simply read, relax. Paint/knit.
Wasn’t to keen on bed cover. Bit scratchy. Cotton sheet needed!!
4.3
The quirky building and remoteness away from other tourists. Loved the atmosphere of the place. Proximity to Pella and views.
Phone connection was a problem

Literally EVERYTHING! The best place with the best food! It was a beautiful weekend, the place is magical, the atmosphere....I could go on and on. I wish I could go back there right now.
Everything was exceptional
4.3
the remoteness of the place is exactly what was needed, an escape from the quick pace and bustling of the city, and appreciate the beauty present all around

The house is really beautiful. fully equipped with everything needed.
Would have loved a tour of the house and some background.

Amazing view! Inspiring decoration!
4.3
- The house was very charming and the decoration was original.
- Perfect location for those who have a car, you can enjoy the total tranquility of the nature.
-The two toilets don't work well, so does the hot water on upstairs.
-The entrance of the house is about 100 meters away from the parking and it is a pretty wild path, if you have big or heavy luggage, it will not be an easy work.

amazing location. Great design and very good service!
wifi not really usable during our stay.

Wonderful artist retreat with cozy ambiance and nice caretakers. Spectacular view and location.
It was confusing at checkout because they initially charged us too much for the dinner the caretakers prepared the night before. But it was a small misunderstanding. A dinner for 4 people is 72JD if you would like them to prepare it for you.

The place is amazing, unique, and very serene. Perfect to just relax and disconnect.
The people running the place are very friendly and accommodating, they prepare delicious food and a perfect traditional breakfast (make sure to arrange before hand once you have their contacts nit just via messages).
You can ditch electricity and use candles at night, elevates the experience of this place.
For the time being, a generator is running which is an inconvenience as it takes away the whole point of going to this palce.
However the generator can be turned off at the cost of having electricity (make sure you heat the water and the water pressure will suffer). But if other guests are there and want the generator this can not be an option.
4.3
The breakfast is really incredible and the view is stunning.
The building is right next to the pela ruins visitor center which is very busy with lots of tourists. There was also no electricity until the evening.
4.3
I liked the place and the greenery. You can easily disconnect from city life
Logistics and coordination for the food, the stay, not being welcomed at certain points.
4.3
peace and quiet

Wonderful location overlooking the ruins at Pella. Apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, and especially enjoyed the various art supplies for painting in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful, and very responsive in the lead up to our trip.
There were a few areas that would benefit from some additional cleaning (e.g. day bed on the balcony) and repairs (e.g. flooding from the shower drain, and leaking taps in the bathroom and kitchen). We also would have preferred smaller meals at breakfast and dinner. The sheer volume of food was quite overwhelming and we were mindful of the level of wastage.

We loved our stay in Beit al Fannan, and the area around
A bit overpriced
