bbq wasn't working. leaking gas. outdoor fridge/ freezer, door on freezer kept popping open, only 1 burner working on the stove

The house is very big, and very well set up for entertaining. Plenty of room for our family and only a short walk to the front beach. I especially loved the homey touches such as the big indoor dining table and the measuring cups and mixing bowls in the kitchen, these came in especially handy as we were celebrating two birthdays during our stay that called for birthday cake! I loved that this property is fully air-conditioned also and the set up was particularly helpful for us as the downstairs bedroom was easily accessible for our son who lives with cerebral palsy. Our host ensured they were easily contactable should we need it and arrival/departure instructions were very clear

The sand flies were horrendous (not by any fault of the property whatsoever, they were bad everywhere in Lucinda at this time due to weather conditions). They came through the mosquito screens into the property even when there was a strong breeze. This meant we were very limited with time spent outdoors, we are very grateful this property is air-conditioned! I'd suggest any future guests make sure you're fully stocked on aeroguard/mosquito coils and antiseptic cream to treat itchy bites!

Very spacious and airy, great kitchen and the beds are comfortable plenty of space for families or groups. The curlews make it even more special

The mould… there is quite a bit of mould higher than the cleaners can reach, everything above that is quite dirty. The blinds need a good going over too.

Lots of space, clean, practical for large groups, great kitchen, clean spacious bedrooms. Space for parking boats etc.

Hot water system too small for large groups (a few cold showers), toilet lights not working, could use a designated fish cleaning station outside.

one room that could be turned into another room with aircon or fan.

Great location with plenty of room. Good layout.

The toilet upstairs had mould on the walls and the house is a little run down. Could do with some maintenance.
