Posizione, rapporto qualità/prezzo, gentilezza staff
Forse sarebbe un pò da riammodernare.
Non mi è piaciuta poi la ringhiera del balcone, un pò troppo bassa e quindi pericolosa...

Loved this place! Perfect hotel right on the waterfront in the middle of town. We had a balcony overlooking and it was magical. I wish we could have stayed longer!
It was perfect
3.3
It was in a fabulous location and the staff were lovely.
The room was above a very noisy bar and as there was no air conditioning or a fan, the window needed to stay open so it was loud. The bed was only a single and could’ve easily been a double.
3.3
The hotel location and a view through the room window is 100%. It also means a lot of noise from the street, it didn't bother me too much, but might be a problem if you are light sleeper. The hotel facitilies are quite a bit worn out, but it has some vintage charm.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the hallway. The hotel manager took my document and didn't give it back to me when I was leaving (partly my fault, because I forgot it as well). There is no option to buy a coffee, breakfast or a beer in the hotel restaurant.

Very very uncomfortable bed.

View of the ocean was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Bathroom was way too small, could barely sit on the toilet
- No air conditioning in room
- Noisy from street traffic below
- Breakfast not included, 8 Euros for basically just bread and a coffee

The ocean view from the room is amazing, and there is a little balcony to sit on. Right on the main street so you're never far from anything. The hosts were nice and provided us with extra pillows upon request. Everything was clean.
It is very noisy throughout the night from road noise, and there is no AC or fan in the rooms - meaning, in summer you either sleep sweating or sleep with ear plugs in. Also, the rooms hadn't been updated in a few decades (there was an old toilet next to the bed?).
The private bathroom was in the hallway.

amazing old charming hotel with a local feel and the nicest staff. The building and interior is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed every second of our stay. the location is a 10/10 and you can listen to the sea and look at it from the charming common room.
not the most comfortable beds but I slept wonderfully no matter

Great location, friendly staff
The hotel is in bad condition, no air conditioning. sleeping with the windows open is impossible because of the loud noise from the nearby restaurants.

Nice shower. Location was great. Kind of shabby chic.
No aircondition.

Location and nice views. staff was nice ! Showers was hot which we liked.
Smell funny, outdated bedroom. one plug socket worked. No ac so we had to open the window to stay cool however the noise outside was not bearable. bed sheets felt itchy.
3.3
location, view, 2 windows, dining room
staff, not that clean, broken toilet seat, broken soap holder in shower, broken shutters, furniture really ugly in room, landlord wanted to keep my passport until I paid him 1 euro hotel tax. staff a bit unwelcoming. very noisy with construction on both sides of building

The location was great
As the location was great there was a lot of very loud music which is not the hotels fault but it's helpful to know if wanting a good rest. The power sockets didn't have enough voltage to charge my phone so I had to put the TV on all night, muted, and with a towel over the screen as I could plug the USB into the back and charge it - very inconvenient. There was a noise like a cistern filling all night, it would go for a few minutes then stop, 10-15 mins later it would do it again. There was only 1 thin pillow so I had to bulk it up with blankets, and the bed wasn't comfy, not a good experience from my end I'm afraid

The location was perfect! Got a cute room with a seaview and the bed was good. I enjoyed my two nights stay!
The shower wasn’t perfectly clean
3.3
Location is superbe, front of the sea and in the centre of Rapallo. Staff is very kind, with that family and personalized touch for everyone. Food is nice, together with the restaurant room and the belle epoque overall feeling.
The rooms guys.. .they really need to be completely updated to this century ! Of course you know it's a 1 star hotel...but, with at least some improvements, rooms may be worth the staying
3.3
The best part was the location and the nice view from the balcony. Rooms etc. were ok considering that it's a one star hostel - they served their purpose. Stuff was ok. Room was very clean.
It's generally quite noisy from the street, which was not unexpected. However, just in front of the balcony was some game show going on starting around 10 pm until after midnight. The moderator was talking over loudspeakers extremely loudly, so even with ear plugs it was way too loud! I don't know whether that was just one special night, or whether that happens often. Also, I think it's too expensive for what it offers.

Amazing view and very nice staff, well done

Hotel location is very good, close to everything. We had sea view. Despite it being very old it is very clean. If you’re looking for real italian experience, this hotel is the one. Hotel has amazing views.
Hotel need renovation, in our bathroom plaster was falling down from the ceiling. Bathroom was not connected to the room so I had to walk down the hall to my room after shower.
3.3
The location was perfect, unfortunately it was not a standard shower assigned to the room.
The lift was not working in the morning - so I had to carry all my luggage down from 3rd floor.
