Perfect spot.

Amazing location. Perfect spot for exploring the town and Riverside and a lovely two mile walk to see the rugby at Twickenham. Loads of eateries and coffee shops nearby. Really good hosts who went out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable.

Nothing. Although it is worth saying that the apartment is above a lively bar. Noise levels were ok though and you soon zone out because there is good sound reduction from the glazing.

Overpriced due to many issues

Fantastic location with great view or river and close to plenty of things. Bed was comfortable

Couldn’t enjoy the view fully as blinds in living room were broken therefore wouldn’t open. Shower room was tiny and water pressure was very poor. Toilet was small but needed cleaning and TLC as it’s very worn. There was something blowing against the wall outside so the wind caused it to be unpleasant to sleep through. Not very soundproof and could hear upstairs conversations very clearly. Carpet is old and needs updating. Plug socket was hanging out the wall in living room. Generally the place is worn and needs updating as it looks as if it hasn’t had any decoration or repairs in years. not worth the money for these reasons but with some adjustments it would be.

Fabulous location; stunning views

Unbeatable location in fantastic building. Stunning views of the river. Stylish, warm and comfortable Really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco left in the fridge!

We found it difficult to find the office to pick up the keys - directions were not clear. Apartment lacked some attention to detail - eg mirror in bathroom too high to use; cutlery needed washing before use.

a lovely stay in an apartment with an incredible view of Richmond Bridge and the river Thames

we loved the location with the incredible view and the owner was wonderful Loy helpful

Absolutely will use this riverside apartment again.

This apartment was located in the most beautiful location, we could walk to restaurants, bars, shops, trains etc

Even with a fan the sun the apartment was ridiculously hot and we couldn’t pull the blinds up to let air in. The fan was helpful but even when turned on at night it was roasting.

Fabulous location, ideal for a couple looking for a romantic stay.

Fabulous location & view, overlooking the river. plS Spacious & clean, very nice apartment for a couple to stay.

It was advertised as sleeping up to 3 due to a sofa bed in the Lou he… it was a corner sofa, not a bed! no pillows for that’s s it was uncomfortable, so the ad should be accurate and state it’s a large sofa. The biggest concern for us was arriving later evening after a long diversion on the motorway (5 junctions of the M1 weee closed).. no safe key box, the key has been left with one of the staff at the pbar below… we only just arrived in time to catch her before she went home, to pick up the key!! (very stressful) Once we dis manage to let ourselves in to the main lobby & upstairs to the apartment, we had to guess which door as no number on the key.. just glad it was the first apartment we came to, especially with it being so late we would t have wanted to scare someone by rattling the key on the wrong door! The dishwasher also had dirty contents on when we arrived & no dishwashers tablets, just an empty box

Superb apartment in awesome location

A Superb location, well equipped apartment. Amazing view of the River Thames. Felt as though we residents of Richmond in the lovely apartment. Easy collection of keys 3 mins walk from apartment.

Location and view is excellent. The host David really stepped up as the booking had not added our child, he sent bedding in an Uber immediately which we collected outside, that is going the extra mile for the customer and was greatly appreciated

The pick up of keys from wasn’t easy as you had to park on a busy street, and find the pick up store, plus parking not being close made it difficult with all luggage. Thankfully the apartment was vet good once we got inside.

Fantastic view, spacious comfortable apartment, great location in Richmond

Fantastic view of the River Thames. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Great value for money. Near lots of pubs and restaurants and lovely walks on the river. Excellent hosts who met us at the apartment and provided valuable information about free car parking nearby.

The apartment is just above the Pitcher & Piano pub. There was limited noise from the bar in the evenings but when we stayed people could only drink outside so no late nights or noise from inside. So could be an issue post lock down but it wasn't a problem for us.
