The room was equipped with a kitchen
During my stay, the hotel room I was assigned presented several issues. I observed mold around the window, a malfunctioning television, and a leak from the air-conditioning unit, prompting us to turn it off for safety reasons. Although we reported these concerns to the hotel reception, the response was that they would "make a note of it."
I believe it is important for the management team to be aware of these issues, as they significantly impacted the quality of my stay at your hotel.

Easy to find and easy to get to as near the underground/train. Room was clean and comfortable and pretty good for a London hotel. Not a massive room but we were only there one night so it was fine.
Was worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t at all. I guess it helped being a Tuesday night.
Useful little mini kitchen in the room. We didn’t use but for people staying a few nights gives the option of not having to eat all the time.
Pleasantly surprised with the hotel in a good way!

Room was really well appointed with a kitchenette, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. A nice, modern hotel with a fantastic location and easy walking distance to the riverside and other Richmond shops and attractions. Would recommend.

Very well located for getting around Richmond and into London.

The location was great. The room was clean and modern. I also liked the fridge, microwave, toaster, iron etc
The room was small, with little storage space. The stairs could be a problem for older people.

Nothing
Everything, no lift, check in wasn’t helpful, extremely loud room, loud music, chairs dragging across the floor, no sleep at this place
8.0
Great little spot conveniently located in Central Richmond.
Loved the kitchen facilities
A bit noisy if your room faces the high street. Could do with some double glazing. Or bring ear plugs!

Absolutely nothing
Where do I start…
There was pubic hairs in the bathroom over the sink unit
They told us they had a bag drop off which was just a pile of peoples bags on top of one another so anybody could have taken them before we got back to check in, if we’d known then we would have left them in the car that was parked a 15 minute walk away
We paid £332 for a ‘jacuzzi bath’ room and the bath panel was hanging off. And we were put in a basement room with a window which has a brick wall on the other side.
The best part of all, there is a nightclub about 5 doors down that goes on until 2am but the smoking area is right outside the ‘window’ so we got little/no sleep.
When telling reception about this, they told me to email. I have done almost a week ago, no response. I called and spoke to the manager 2 days after my email to be laughed at down the phone, and told ‘you knew the price when you booked it’.
That’s like saying you shouldn’t take faulty goods back because ‘you knew the price’. Yes I knew the price but I didn’t know that this is what I was going to get for that price.
I gave her until today to come back to me, still with no response. When I called today, the lady had no idea who I was or about a complaint.
Avoid at ALL COSTS

Good location for walking into Richmond. Great facilities for making a hot drink . Easy check in and out
We were in a room on the road which was very noisy. Also a renovation project next door started early both mornings and was noisy. We could clearly hear people and crying baby in the room opposite us. Tiny washbasin in the bathroom- water goes everywhere when you have a wash!
7.0
It was a great location for what we wanted and close to bars/restaurants for the evening.
It was a little pricey for size of the room. Some aspects could have been a little cleaner.

The location & the view was as promised - quiet / good sleep
The property was not appropriate for those with mobility issues - stair access only no lift which let it down

It was a quiet clean comfortable room in a good location and for a fair price.
Richmond is very pretty and it is easy to find walks and trains into London. Overall it was great.
I found the parking difficult and potentially expensive and on balance it is preferable to have a room above ground, but really overall there were no problems and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the kitchen was cool and had provided all the necessary equipment to cook our own meals but were never told that we could bring our own food to it. the room was decorated in a cool way too
we were downstairs so we could hear the people in the bar next door whenever they would go in the smoking area, we could also hear the people walking around above us and next to us playing music 24/7. there wasn’t a bin in the kitchen so we had to use the bin provided in the bathroom. the shower wasn’t designed great as you had to be in there to turn the shower on or else you couldn’t get your arm in there. the sink in the bathroom also stuck out too much so when we washed our hands the water splashed everywhere. not anywhere to put coats or shoes or bags. we checked in around 9pm and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful, he kept his headphone in the whole time speaking to us and just gave us the key so the next day when we came back the front door was locked and we didn’t know how to get back in until we found out there’s a code on our key card and that opened the door. when we checked out in the morning we wasn’t spoken to or anything just asked for the key and that was it.also no parking anywhere near for 24 hours so we had to walk from the car and then also renew our parking ticket as we stayed for 2 nights. that cost us half the price of one night in the hotel

Location
To small/ narrow
Shower door folded into shower
I slipped and fell , by myself I wouldn’t have been able to get out, luckily I didn’t insure myself to much. Staff didn’t handle this well. A elder person would have landed in the ER.
The drain cut one toe , 2 cutes, and my back still hurts.
It needs shower Matt’s in the shower!

The location
I had read on reviews the rooms were small but when we checked in and saw the room , the word claustrophobic describe it best. The tea cups were dirty and the large shower head in the shower had a trickle of water coming out of it.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff
Rooms are very small and beds are too.It was not worth the money that we have payed as a couple. This hotel would be more suitable for the solo travelers but not couples. If you are taller than 5,5Ft a bed will be too short for you.

The room had a nice river view. It was very quiet and I slept very well. The kitchenette came in handy and had everything I needed. The hotel is a 10min walk away from Richmond's train station and along the way you pass all stores and restaurants in town. You can easily get to anywhere in London with the train.
It wasn't a big deal, but there was no heating in the bathroom and the floor was cold. With below zero temperatures outside, showering wasn't a relaxing experience. Also, the shower was a bit small.

Good location
Size of the property was just too small so we ended up staying at a different property. Overall the property was in a great location near plenty of places to eat and drink. It was full of all the mod cons but there was no lift and we had quite a large suitcase and our room was on the second floor (room 206) so we (my husband) had 4 flights of stairs to climb!. When we entered the room there was just enough room for us to stand and get the suitcase in the room! I was surprised that the 'kitchen' was hidden behind two cupboard doors which in itself is a good idea but far too small a room for 2 adults to stay for 2 nights in our opinion. The guy on reception was as helpful as he could be but there were no larger rooms for us to change to so we ended up booing somewhere else as we weren't comfortable staying there. Shame really as it looked lovely on the wesite!

Lovely facilities in the room including an iron and hairdryer, shower is powerful and hot and the little kitchenette is so useful when you don’t want to go out and spend lots in a restaurant meal.
It’s very clean.
