Great location, great hosts, the chalets were amazing, everything you need for a vacation.

great and spacious place to stay in a bigger company - we were 2 families with a grown up child. you have your own house, with outer space for grilling and enjoying a mountain view. Staff is very friendly and helpful, you can even have sauna free of charge. absolutely wonderful
breakfast was a complete disappointment. OK, Italian breakfast buffet is not exactly the same as, say in Sweden, so we had moderate expectations. Yet, the coffee was completely undrinkable - a complete surprise being in Italy. a decent coffee was for extra cost only. Pity.
And would be great to have sharper knives or at least a knive sharpener in the kitchen

Nice wooden cottages/chalets with a spacious main room downstairs, a big bedroom and small room upstairs, and a tiny room with two beds accessible by steep stairs in the attic. Nice breakfast available and very nice dining restaurant with great local foods. The staff was very helpful, kind, and attentive.
Most of the cottages are joined into pairs by their back wall, and the sound isolation between the two is less than ideal.
4.6
nice cosy, warm place with plenty of room for 5 family members
some things are worn out, parts of bathroom would welcome a refresh. Floor heating in living room and a storage/drying place for ski boots would a bonus. A better sound insulation would make it a bit more private

The property was very cozy, clean, and beautiful.
We had some small inconveniences with our house. Our bathtub jets and pellet stove were not working. We kept trying to get them to work but eventually reached out for help. The property sent someone immediately to fix them. The worker worked on the stove for a long time but had no luck getting it to work so our downstairs was a little chilly. Our bath started to work but then got stuck on. We were eventually able to get it off. When we had our reserved pool time we were never given towels or robes, so we had to find some in the building since no staff were around.

Everyone I came in contact with were exceptionally nice and always willing to work with me. From early check in to slightly later check out, arranging the spa treatments etc, was great. Hats off to Maya in the spa experience. She is wonderful and good at her job.
Only thing was a very very squeaky door in my cabin, #11

Great views, great staff, and great location. Everything we needed was on-site and not once did we have to leave the village. There was also a playground for the kids. We were also able to light a campfire and we had such a great time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will surely visit again!

Loved the cabin, restaurant, wellness center
I didn’t like how close all of the buildings were to each other. They were all crammed a bit in.
