Pire expérience de ma vie

C’est la pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie ! Fuyer cette établissement !!! Il est rempli de lézards et il est tellement sale ! Rien n’est nettoyé ! Franchement c’est l’horreur !

La saleté, les insectes partout , l’eau de la piscine qui est répugnante, les taches sur les essuis de bain , le personnel qui n’est vraiment pas aimable ! Rien ne vas ! Fuyer !

Bien mais ne vos pas son prix le service attendu pour ce genre de villa n’est pas présent

La villa resemble au photo très jolie la Clim fonctionne bien

La piscine non chauffée Le petit déjeuné sans choix on nous ne demande rien le meme tout les jour + on ne peut pas le prendre dans la villa La piscine non chauffée et qui ne se nettoie pas toute seul Le personnel très moyen qui s’en fouttent de nous L’emplacement moyen

Une catastrophe, merci booking 👎🏽

Rien de rien ! C’est honteux que Booking puisse faire confiance et travailler avec cet établissement médiocre et sale…

Tout était mauvais , sale , vieux et très mal nettoyer et en plus de cela pas de chambre dispo pour changer …. Et pour ajouter une touche pépite à mon séjour nous y avons trouvé des excréments de souris dans tout le logement …/ Honteux !!!!!

Удобное расположение, всё рядом. Тихое место, по ночам тишина и звуки природы. На вилле удобная планировка,

Отель сильно запущен и нуждается в ремонте, территория плохо убрана, в земле можно увидеть мусор, вокруг плесень, ржавчина, ободранные элементы экстерьера, интерьер и мебель внутри вилл сделаны только хорошо, персонал очень плохо говорит по английски, если ваш вопрос чуть сложнее чем чек ин и чек аут приходится попотеть чтобы объяснить. Постель старая и грязная, с пятнами крови, пота и чего то ещё. Стирают её похоже вообще без порошка, только чтобы запахи удалить. Свет в бассейне не работал, на кухне её работал, проводку делал не понятно кто, выключатели перепутаны и сделаны с ошибками, из за выключатели предназначенные для освещения на террасе включают кухню, кухонные коридор, над обеденной зоной вообще лампочка не работает. Территория не облагорожена, вокруг виллы стена из земли по которой постоянно кто то ползает. Второй раз однозначно не поеду в этот отель. За такие деньги можно на Бангтао новую виллу снять и хорошем комплексе.

It’s unfortunate because the place looks great and could be really nice if they would just do a better job of maintainin

It has so much potential. The amount of space is nice and the decor is nice as well. Some villas have better gardens than others. The bed is super comfy and the shower is huge.

As with many places in Thailand, a lot of corners were cut with the construction. The plumbing was pretty bad and gave off a horrible smell quite often and the shower drain kept getting blocked. Also the cleaning that is done is definitely not done well. The upkeep in general isn’t great. We couldn’t get any Wi-Fi upstairs either. Staff did little to fix these issues.

Not bad, but the staff shoud be more nice, and give more breakfast and more privacy.

The privat garden and the house inside was beautiful, nice plants around the pool, very good style of furnitures in the house.

Our villa (1.) was next to the staff's room, from where they can look into our private garden, it was very embarrassing for us, and we were not able to enjoy privacy in our "private" garden... The breakfast was medium level, and not too much, there was no buffet table, just a portion of food for you, and no more. When we arrive I went to the reception to check in, my wife was resting in the common garden with our packages, and the staff thought, that she did not come to the reception, because she hides a dog... It was very annoying that they suspects us with this issue...

Disappointing

It was an entire apartment so plenty of space

There was a lot of grime in the bathroom. Overall the place was not very clean. The pool was grimey too and the water actually felt slimey. We were forced to pay a $2000B deposit on arrival. This is the only time we have had to do this on our two week stay at multiple different accomodations. The hotel arranged a motorbike for us but the lady wanted to use our passports as ransom so we told her we refuse. I believe anyone that asks to hold your passport is dishonest. The breakfast was served to us by 1 lady that was obviously working alone. She was working hard but it would have been nice if we could choose what we wanted for breakfast rather than just being served some random stuff. The staff weren’t very welcoming and didn’t seem too bothered of our presence. There was also construction works next to the accomodation which we were not aware of.

Good price for a beautiful villa, relaxing and quite, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The villa has a natural theme so you may find many incests outside the villa.

Pleasant

inside villa space and layout good peaceful

on the whole was ok ...no gardener spray lava so eaten alive bugs around pool ... under beds dirty aircon needs revamp and clean . shame lovely looking place . staff friendly . luckly only few night stay me . no way could have done a week . booked villa 1 level pay extra due disabled but no mention all steep steps get to room . pool light didn't work overhall disappointed 😞

the staff here is so friendly, they’re so lovely that they go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The location is good for a secluded getaway, well built villa with spacious room. The manager here is the best! we’re sad to leave after only 4 nights. the chef here cooks very good food. very good amenities.

The privacy.

1. Pool was too cold and always dirty. 2. Villa build quality was not great. 3. No hot water in shower, and very poor water pressure. (Villa 10). 4. Very minimal cutlery, plates, bowls etc. 5. Very loud pool pump and loud air conditioners.

Dirty!

Staff we’re friendly when available.

Unfortunately, this accommodation barely resembles the pictures. The hygiene standards and general upkeep really lets down a potentially stunning venue.. Just something to bare in mind. The accommodation surroundings are beautiful, however it is at least a 15 minute taxi to anywhere. Definitely not within walking distance of anything. Our room was filthy upon check in, so we requested it be cleaned when we left for dinner. The staff were very friendly and assured it be done. The only issues on the list that were addressed were that the shower was rinsed of millipedes and the saga cushion was flipped around to hide crusty stains - no attempt to clean. Everything else was left. See below a list of issues: Cigarette ash pile by the pool Bed broke as soon as we got in it - wooden support rods had rotted so much and many were already missing. Pool disgusting; debris, dirt, rubbish floating Dirty bed sheets with several stains General stale smell + cigarette smoke Dead millipedes (at least 4) in the shower Hair and debris in bath Surfaces clearly not wiped with layer of dust Bathroom surfaces dusty and sticky Crusty stains on sofa Mirrors filthy with fingerprints and watermarks Obvious yellow splash stains on toilet seat Cobwebs everywhere Grit and dirt all over floor - clear mark around rug Windows filthy and covered in old bird poo Mould up the mesh curtains Rug was curling up - clear trip hazard Glasses dirty When around, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, they were often unavailable, leaving reception unattended with no contact number. The app suggested for communication did not work and they did not respond to messages on booking.com. Food was tasty, but very expensive for what you get and compared to local prices. Arrived room temperature, not hot. My other half and I were so very much looking forward to our romantic stay here, hoping to get full use of the bath and pool facilities.

A lot of mosquitoes, pool was very dirty. The toilet has some issues, causing very bad smell for hours at night.
