Exceptionnel !!

Tout !! L’emplacement , l’extrême gentillesse du personnel, la patronne de la résidence est exceptionnelle ainsi que le Monsieur qui y travaille l’après midi , ainsi que la jeune femme qui fait l’entretien des chambres. La Chambre est immense avec une vue incroyable sur le big Buddha ! Il faut vraiment réserver une chambre De luxe car elles sont exceptionnelles ! La piscine est immense et très calme . En fait Smile résidence , on se sent chez soi , contrairement aux hôtels où j’ai séjourné lors de mes précédents séjours à Pucket … liberté pour faire les chambres ou non , liberté de prendre des serviettes de plage chaque jour pour la piscine ou la mer …. Bref je recommande à 💯….vous avez le village Market tout près , la boîte Thaï ( la chouette) le seven eleven , les restos trop sympas vers le port notamment le Klong ! Si vous voulez un endroit plus authentique loin de la folie touristique de Kata ( où j’ai séjourné 2 fois ) où il n’y a que des russes ..C’est là où il faut aller …. ❤️ A mon prochain séjour c’est certain , je reviendrai ici !

Il faut savoir qu’il est impossible d’aller à la mer à pieds , il faut prendre un scooter ( ils en louent à la résidence) ou prendre un taxi ( ou bolt ) pour s’y rendre… mais la plupart des plages sont à 10 minutes…

Pool war angenehm, Zimmer super schön, Ausblick auf den Big Buddha Mega. Check in ging sehr schnell wurden ans Zimmer gebracht, hatte ein kleines Fitnessstudio und Möglichkeit Wäsche waschen. Kann ich empfehlen 👍🏼

Great Staff, Super Clean But.... Updated 8/6/2023

Friendly staff Super Clean room Room was nice and large Updated August 6th - Staff was Really Great and Helpful! We plan on returning... in November

no mattress, only a box spring - very uncomfortable. Fortunately, my fiancé needed a bed topper. We bought one for our stay which helped alot. Our room was facing a main street so it was a noisy location. HOWEVER, We are going to return again. The price is good, the staff was outstanding. I recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended

Clean, comfortable and quiet, with good aircon. The staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed for nine nights, and my room was spotless every day, unlike so many other hotels where one has to chase the front desk to get even a basic clean done! I will definitely recommend to my friends

the ladies who run the front office are so kind and helpful! It feels like a family establishment. Great upkeep, the room and balcony were very clean and comfortable. We were only there for a night but I would definitely stay again.

The location was good for food, bars, etc. but it was a bit of a drive to beaches.

Best value for money, super clean rooms, ideal for long stay, nice big pool. highly recommended.

My son and I came to Phuket to train for a month at one of the Thaiboxing camps. The hotel is a 10 minute scooter ride to our gym (Sinbi) So the location is great, the rooms are super clean and have a big fridge and a small pantry on the balcony. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

At the price we paid there isn’t anything not to like really. Only thing is that there is a big pier with many boats on the nearest beach which is not very suitable for swimming, so for beach time it’s better to go to Kata beach on the west side of the Rawai.

Amazing place to stay for a great price.

Lovely location with great facilities for such a cheap price. All the hotels in the area are a similar price, but this one comes with a balcony, pool and a gym. Clean hotel and nice staff.

The location was not far from the town, although the town was a very small, quiet location. And full of police, so if driving a motorbike with no International driving permit, avoid the main roundabout as they will stop any tourists you will receive a fine.

Arrived late after delay. Staff were excellent and friendly. Room has great views super clean and spacious. Well cared for hotel. Nice reception staff and cleaning lady. Fantastic value.
