About this house rental
The Villa, Cacique 21, is an oceanfront home on the golf course, directly overlooking the greens of holes number four and five of the famed Pete Dye, 'Teeth of the Dog' golf course, in Casa de Campo. The house plan is open and spacious, incorporating the golf course, outside garden vegetation and the ocean view from all the entertaining areas of the house and from three of its six bedrooms.
Its prime oceanfront location on the golf course is only equaled by its outstanding location in relation to the beach. Minitas Beach, Casa de Campo's exclusive private beach, is only at a four-minute walk from the Villa. Imagine, here you can enjoy a sunset sipping drinks in the veranda or relaxing in the Jacuzzi by the pool, and later walk to Minitas Beach to have a memorable dining experience at The Beach Club, the gourmet restaurant there. On another evening, enjoy the yachts and choose from among the several gourmet restaurants featured.
The Villa has six large guest bedrooms and seven and a half baths. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master suite features an entrance hall, a king-sized bed, walk in closet, large Smart TV, Bose stereo radio, private bath and a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. All other bedrooms are as spacious as the master bedroom, four have king-sized beds and two have two queen-sized beds. All six have walk-in closets, smart TV, and private bathrooms and other amenities similar to the Master suite. There is an additional twin bed and trundle in one of the largest bedrooms in case of small children wanting to share a room with the adults. Three of the bathrooms in guest rooms are handicapped accessible. We also have one playpen and one crib available for small children.
The villa was recently refurbished. The last part of the process was just finished at the end of September 2018, and included a gazebo, a brand new, very large kitchen, a new full bathroom to service the pool area and the downstairs of the house, and a bar area next to the pool table. A couple of important features of the house, which set it apart from many others at Casa de Campo, are an air-conditioned dining room -with table seating for up to fourteen- and a Home Theater Area with system 7.1, projector and 92 inch motorized screen. Other special features include a bathroom which incorporates a garden shower in one of the two downstairs bedrooms, and the newly built gazebo in the swimming pool area- perfect for seating and dining al fresco.
The villa comes fully staffed with a staff of three people: one butler, a chef, a bartender-waitress/maid. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily at the request of the guests (guests provide the groceries for preparation). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included with the rental. Laundry and Ironing Services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional nominal charge for them to work later and stay overnight in the staff bedrooms of the Villa.

Our group of 8 had a great stay at Cacique 21. The owner was very responsive prior to the trip and helped with any questions I had about planning. The house was better than pictured with a view that you will never want to leave. The staff members Rafael, Mervin, and Eni were very helpful. Rafael could not be more sweet and does a great job looking over the house. Eni made us the most amazing meals (beef tenderloin was my favorite). We had breakfast (French toast so good) and dinner every night at the house. All of Casa De Campo lost power just before we checked in and the house was without power. The owner was very communicative and worked out a solution for us to move for the night, but we decided to wait it out. The power returned at 2:30am and we were happy we had stayed. The power surge caused the AC in one room in the house to break, but this was not an issue for us because we were a small group and the owner was working to repair the AC very quickly. We hope to return soon to Casa De Campo and we hope stay at this house again. The property was exactly as described and even better than I had expected. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We can not thank you enough for our Wonderful vacation! The house is truly amazing with ocean views all around. The staff, par none!!! Rafael, Alessandra and Annie were so very attentive, kind, made us feel like kings and queens! We wanted for nothing, we loved them and can’t say enough about them.Oh and the food…..

Everything about our experience was perfect. The owners were responsive and helpful in assisting with airport transportation and everything else we needed. The staff was the best, and the food was exceptional. We will definitely book this property again when we return to Casa De Campo.

We just stayed at this beautiful house for my husband’s 40th birthday with a group of 10 adults. The house and vacation exceeded our expectations! The home owners were great and accommodating in helping us plan our trip. The home is as pictured, but even better in person. Tons of different outdoor areas to hang out and dine. Minitas beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff at the house were amazing. We had breakfast prepared by the chef each morning and 2 of the 4 dinners at home. All delicious. Alexandra and Rafael were attentive to our needs and always made sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to rent golf carts during your stay to explore all of Casa de Campo and get to dinners, golf, etc. SBG, La Casita, Minitas Beach Club were all great restaurants to try. Thank you to Raul and Francesca for sharing their beautiful home!

Francesca and Raoul are wonderful hosts who are very responsive to any inquiries. The staff, Raphael, Alexandra and Enni have spoiled us forever! The villa is beautiful and so functional for a large family. We went trap shooting which was fun and golfed.

Everything about this property is amazing. From the time of booking, Raul and Francesca were so responsive and accommodating. The staff on the property were wonderful in every way. Meals were delicious, and we felt completely pampered. The house is clean, luxurious, comfortable, spacious with plenty of room for all 12 of us. This home and staff exceeded our expectations. From planning with the home owner before arriving to making our stay as personalized as possible. Each day in the home we were treated so special. Alessandra and Raphael are not only top notch house managers who were all so kind to be around and treated us like family. The house was kept incredibly clean 24/7 and each meal that was prepared by the chef was better than the one before. The staff was so accommodating to all dietary restrictions and made each day unique and special. We were celebrating both a 60th and 4th birthday during our stay and the staff went out of their way to decorate the dining room and assist us with birthday cakes to celebrate.
We can't wait to return as a family as we could not have been more satisfied with the overall experience of the home, location of the home and area.

I have never experienced such a perfect vacation. From the moment we entered the beautiful front doors we were pampered and treated like royalty. The staff was Phenomenal! Stayed here with a group of friends, all adult couples. We had an amazing experience. Raul and Francesca were great to communicate with prior to our arrival and helped set up airport transportation. Alexandra and Rafael at the house were just amazing and the meals prepared by Eny were to die for - I can’t stop thinking about those Latin dishes. We had not a care in the world for 5 days because of them and it will forever be one of the best vacations we can remember.

We love this house and much of this has to go to the amazing staff! We rented this house over 13 years ago with a friends. This year, I returned with my family and a group of close friends. We had a wonderful time. Rafael is a long time staff (we love and remember so fondly) who again took care of us! Alexandra and Ene are fabulous. Raul and Francesca were always on hand for anything we needed. Casa de campo is the place to be in the DR. We can’t wait to go back.

El personal de Cacique 21 es el mejor que hemos experimentado en nuestros viajes, gente trabajadora, respetuosa, gentil y diligente. Nos hicieron sentir mejor que en cualquier resort. Great house with outstanding views of the Teeth of The Dog golf course and the ocean. One minute golf cart ride to the Beach Club which has a great beach and beautiful Infinity pool surrounded by a restaurant with a bar with great food and drinks.
But the house was the best part of our trip. Raul couldn’t do enough for us. The chef “ Eny” cooked the best meals we ate on this vacation which included 4 nights out which we regretted later. Our outstanding third person was Elesandra who was terrific. She served us every meal as well as doing all of the housekeeping, bartending (Best frozen drinks/Banana Colada’s) and anything else she could think of all with a constant smile on her face
The host’s Raul and Francesca made everything extremely easy for us and we had zero issues for 8 days. Trying to figure out how I get back there soon

Wonderful home in amazing location!
Our family of 7 had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The location cannot be beat=on the Teeth of the Dog and the ocean, and so close to the beach club. Francesca and Raul (owners) were a tremendous help in planning our trip as we'd never been to the DR before. We enjoyed golf, local restaurants, dinners at home cooked by the chef, massages at home. The staff was accommodating and always available to do whatever we needed.

Our stay at this house was beyond our expectations. We were celebrating my son’s 17th birthday and some of his friends came with us. Staff was more than patient with the teenagers and they had an amazing time. The owners were very nice they even came by to see us. A must stay.
