Location and view great.
should have chosen a larger room as ours was smallest available in the property.

A stunning location and convenient for exploring Costa
Smaralda.
Individually styled luxurious rooms.
This is a small family owned six bedroomed villa where service is most excellent
The breakfast selection was superb.

Villa Anna is spectacular. We loved everything about our stay, we loved it so much we were lucky to stay an additional two nights. The staff are so friendly, the breakfast is great and above all the Villa is so relaxing and clean. The pool area is great and the hot tub was lovely and warm. The views in this Villa are out of this world. I can't wait to return!
We loved everything in the Villa.

My concierge was absolutely wonderful! She could not do enough, be kinder or sweeter. She really made my stay memorable!
That they were not able to serve lunch or dinner.

The pool and spa area is fantastic, even in autumn as the pool is heated. The view is beautiful. The room was great and the bathroom was large. I loved the window in the shower “grotto”. It made you feel like you were showering “al fresco”! Breakfast was lovely also. We visited Alghero, which was busier than Porto Cervo, and loved La Maddalena. This was well worth the short ferry ride (20mins) from the port of Palau. We took the car and drove around the island after spending time in the main area.
We didn’t realise the Porto Cervo is pretty dead outside of the summer season. It felt like a ghost town, with shops shuttered and most cafes and restaurants closed. Must be buzzing in summer though. A car is a must therefore, especially out of season.

-staff very friendly and helpful
-good facilities, everything worked, 24h sauna, pool, etc.
-quiet place, peaceful, relaxing,
-decent breakfast (limited variety but still very good)
-mattress gave me some troubles to my back at the first night but it was ok after
-the hotel is located far from everything, renting a car is highly suggested.

A beautiful setting, with an awe inspiring view of the sea from the Infiniti swimming pool and common areas. Jose and his staff were incredibly gracious and helpful hosts. This is one of the finest (probably the finest) place I have ever stayed. We were there for for 3 nights (4 days) and did some exploring of Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia, but we mostly went to the local beaches each day. Sardinia has beautiful beaches east, south, west, and north. We definitely want to return.
nothing—it was almost perfect 9.9/10

Porto Cervo is certainly a beautiful locale, but its beauty was far overshadowed by the charm, design and comfort of Villa Anna. As we said to ourselves repeatedly during the visit, Villa Anna is absolutely the best hotel in which we've we've ever stayed. We're not strangers to hotels, as this was our 28th trip to Italy and this was absolutely the best hotel we've ever booked. French architect, Savin Couëlle is to be applauded for his beautiful design of the building and grounds. One glance at this article will let you know the feel of the hotel: https://www.architecturaldigest.com/story/savin-couelle-profile. Meals were artfully prepared and presented. The staff, including Joseph, were top notch, making every effort to enhance our stay.
Northern Sardinia is beautiful and mostly likely best appreciated by those enjoying its beaches. We were content to sit on our balcony in overlooking the Mediterranean. We'll return, just because of Villa Anna, but found Sardinia a bit quiet for our tastes.

Property was so well kept and nicely
Decorated. It is small but we liked that. We stayed the other night in a resort type and the attention was not as good. Here Jose, Sandra and the housekeeper were so kind! Had dinner there and it was very nice. There is parking also.

Breakfast was superb with lovely sea views. The first evening we were offered a meal even though we had not pre-booked and the food was excellent. The ambience and facilities at the villa are all that you would want for a quieter and more relaxed holiday. However Porto Cervo is only a 5 minute drive away and the villa is well located for exploring the mountains and beaches nearby. Lovely staff who were always willing to help as well.
We booked a Junior Suite and whilst it had lovely sea views and a balcony it just felt a little small. Visitors should also be made aware that the room is on a split level with marble/stone steps leading up to the bathroom which could be awkward or dangerous for some.

Everything was Exceptional! If i could give it 10 stars i would. The room was amazing, with breathtaking views from all our 3 balconies(yes 3 balconies). The beds were super comfy, and even the bathroom had Sea views. The breakfast was super amazing, and more than enough even for people with a huge appetite. Jose, Giovanna and Sandra were absolutely amazing, and looked after us and made us feel at home. We have stayed in ultra luxurious resorts, but this one is going to be hard to beat.

Hard working and friendly staff, beautiful pool and views, huge room (Deluxe with sea view), lovely breakfast - the only thing that has let the holiday down is the on and off rain but this of course can't be helped! I would happily stay again.

One of the best and most enjoyable hotels I have stayed at. The staff are helpful, kind, friendly and polite. The villa is beautifully presented and comfortable and the view is out of this world! Anyone thinking to book here should stop thinking and start booking!
About the only negative I can find is that the WiFi doesn’t connect to the room closest to the pool. But when you’re staring out over glorious turquoise waters drinking aperol in a hot tub, who cares?!

Staff is very nice
