A lovely experience

perfect location for us for a few days. everything there you needed to stay longer. in fact we are interested in staying g their in Jan/feb.

Nothing it met our needs and the shower and bed perfect for us.

Beautifully designed studio perfect for watching the sunrise in Javea port.

A lovely compact studio overlooking the sea. The design and attention to detail was excellent. Snacks and wine were a lovely touch.

Fab place to stay - couple of tweaks to make the family suite safe for a toddler!

It's a lovely presented family suite. Spacious and comfortable. Great views (it's on the second floor across the road from the beach)

Only small things were the practical things of traveling with with a 20 month old baby. Firstly there was no stair gate so the open stairwell was a massive danger for our toddler to be walking around. Another minor issue was the placing of the cot which was just underneath the window - all this meant is our toddler could reach up and grab the curtain pulleys - it was an easy fix to just move the cot, but that did present a danger of strangulation if it went un-noticed. Other than that it was lovely.

Easy for a beach trip!

Comfortable and clean apartment with easy access to the beach (across the street). Helpful staff located at the associated hotel down the street.

No large complaints, but the kitchen could use a couple more items in it. Though, it seems quite new, so I expect the basics to expand over time.

difficult to sit out on balcony as it was so small which is a shame as the view was amazing

Can't wait to stay here again!

A very special little apartment in a very special place. How great it is to look straight out onto the sea in a corner of Javea that has all you need. The kids adored it. They loved their built-in beds. There's something truly magical about this spot.

We weren't cooking but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking I wouldn't stay here. Tiny kitchen area and no dishwasher!

Great room, great location. .... perfect!

Fabulous location, clear instructions on how to access property and friendly support from the customer service agent Laura, not that we had any problems during our stay. We left something behind but that was resolved straight away. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, loved the decor and where it was situated but didn’t love the noise!

Everything at the Beach House Studio was brilliant apart from the noise. It was ideal for the two of us. Clean, well decorated and an amazing view.

We stayed in the first floor apartment, unfortunately the stairs to the above apartments were situated over our heads as we lay in bed so whenever someone came in we were woken up with a. The slam of the front door and b. The walking up the stairs. also the bins that the restaurants use to put their bottles in at 1am in the morning are 50ft away on the other side of the street. Just too noisy for us..

Experience the best of Xabia at the Beach House

The beach house was lovely - I would highly recommend anyone staying here whether having a short or long stay in Javea. It’s got great sea views, lovely Decor and it’s right in the centre of the port. It felt like home for the 2 days we stayed there.

To improve the beach house It could of included or discounted breakfast at its partner hotel the Nomad offers breakfast. This would have been a nice touch along side our booking. Also for making teas and coffee we had to go and buy our own milk which wasn’t provided in the room which would have been a pain if we got a late flight and shops where closed.

Really cute stay in amazing location

The location is phenomenal.To wake up to the sounds of the waves is incredible. Amazing views. Really cute decor. Staff were very friendly.

The twin beds should have been made before we arrived or at least they should have offered to make them for us. The room is super cute but you can tell it needs a bit of upgrading.

Location. Charm. Cleanliness.

The shower tended to leak out into the bathroom floor if not careful with spray. The stairs were a challenge for me at first but then I got used to them. Not for people with mobility issues.

The view is gorgeous, ideal location, and the room is comfortable and clean.

Lacks basic provisions like sugar and salt (but includes soap and sponge to wash dishes! ).

We stayed in suite on the top floor which owners has upgraded from our original booking free of charge. Great location overseeing bay of Javea, room had all amenities, dishes and cooking necessities.

Perfect stay.

Everything was perfect. Very cosy Suite, decorated with taste and very well located. Friendly staff. Very good bed. We'll certainly be back.
