Estancia genial!!

Lo escogí por la terracita y las vistas y todo lo demás me pareció estupendo también.Limpio, bonito y completamente equipado. Estuve en Octubre y poder aparcar gratis en la misma puerta es un lujo. Además m gusto mucho la ubicación, pues se puede ir al precioso centro histórico de Jávea dando un paseo.

Todo me pareció genial, pero eso sí, es para dos personas o una pareja y un nene... No intentar meterse más...

je recommande vivement cet appartement

je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction suite à mon séjour d'une nuit. le logement était propre, confortable et très bien situé, à proximité des commerces et de la plage. De plus, l'accueil de l'hôte était chaleureux et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et je n'hésiterais pas à y revenir lors de mes prochains séjour.

Una estancia encantadora con buena ubicación, comodidades prácticas y vistas espectaculares.

En primer lugar, la ubicación es inmejorable. Estar a solo 1 km, a 10 minutos a pie, del puerto y de la playa de la Grava hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. Además, la posibilidad de realizar un paseo de 1 hora desde el departamento hasta los molinos. La presencia de una lavadora y armarios amplios. Tener un supermercado a tan solo 5 minutos a pie fue muy conveniente. La facilidad para estacionar en la calle también fue un punto a favor, ya que no tuve que preocuparme por buscar aparcamiento.

Aunque mi estancia en el departamento fue en su mayoría positiva, hay algunos aspectos que creo importante mencionar para ofrecer una revisión completa. En primer lugar, la falta de una puerta en el dormitorio puede resultar un inconveniente para aquellos que deseen privacidad o tengan horarios de sueño diferentes. Puede ser molesto si uno de los huéspedes desea descansar más que el otro. Otro punto a señalar es la comodidad del colchón del sofá en el salón. No resultó tan confortable como esperaba, y creo que podría mejorarse para garantizar una experiencia más agradable, especialmente si se utiliza como cama adicional. La lavadora resultó ser excelente, sin embargo, observé que el tendedero de ropa en el balcón era un tanto pequeño. Sería beneficioso contar con un tendedero de mayor tamaño, ya que el actual se muestra un poco diminuto y limitado para colgar la ropa de una semana.

The appartement was lovely, just like the photos. Very clean & great balcony with a beautiful view. The owner was very friendly and helpful. When the washing machine and microwave stopped working he came round to sort it out immediately and bought new ones to replace them very promptly. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Good value for money, definitely recommended.

There's decent coffee equipment provided and all appliances worked fine. Nice view from balcony covers Cap de Sant Antoni and a strip of sea. Grocery shopping in nearby Lidl and Aldi so pretty decent, incl. reasonable wine selection.

The sofa in the sitting corner is uncomfortable for both sitting or sleeping, kids preferred to take the mattress and sleep on the floor. Bathroom is very cramped and one may get bruises if not carefully moving around.

Ideal for low budget holiday or a short stay

Very good value for money for visitors on a low budget. Well situated, free parking and lift in the building. Spacious enough for 2 people. Plenty of shops nearby and close to the old centre of town. The flat has most of the useful things you'd expect, including house and bed linen, detergent and shower gel.The owner was very helpful and met us when we arrived despite our flight taking us there at unsociable hours. Communication was excellent.

Generally, the flat could do with some TLC and a bit more comfort, particularly the bathroom. The right side of the bed is broken which causes a lot of noises whenever the sleeper is moving on that side. It's a very noisy flat in the morning as you can hear all the neighbours as well as the road traffic though that's not a real issue if you're an early riser. The coffee machine is stuck on one setting and the toaster doesn't seem to work but we didn't need to use anything else as we ate out. This said, it was just fine for our short stay and the purpose of our visit as we weren't there for a luxurious holiday.

Comfortable and clean apartment with Mountain View

Location between the beach and the old town. Bed is very comfortable! Contact with the owner was good & clear. kitchen has everything you need. Very clean.

Excellent value for money

The property is situated about half way between the beach and the old town, which is actually ideal. It is a short walk from the bus station and about ten minutes to the old town and 12 minutes to the sea front. There is a Lidl and a Mercadona nearby for shopping. The apartment is very small and is really only suitable for a couple, plus maybe a small child on the sofa bed. It is basic but well equipped. Lots of little extras are provided, shower gel, shampoo, washing machine liquid, tea, coffee, salt pepper, spices and herbs Etc. Which make the stay easier. The owner was very helpful. It is excellent value for money.

The property doesn’t get the sun on it and so could be quite cold in January, but there is a combined heater/air conditioning unit.

Great location, beautiful apartment, and Luba was very welcoming! You have all sorts of supermarkets nearby, and the beach is only a 10-15min walk away. Will definitely stay with them if visiting Jávea again :)
