Good but not Great

beautiful location, spacious apartment , clean , free parking , host flexible

washing machine must be replaced as is not great , got missing parts, electricity went off during my stay probably because of washing machine , tried to contact host but not successfully, but I manage to sort it out at the end. TV in bedroom not working not sure why is there . Funny part is that place looks expensive in pictures and worth the money but actually feels very cheap , cheap materials, cheap build , rotten wood at the balcony , cheap products used , loose door locks etc 😄. Also to mention the hallway lights are getting off very quick if you don t move as are on sensors , and won`t go on again until you move for a couple of meters making difficult to lock the apartment door.

Great view and fresh air.

Beautiful view. Nice and clean apartment. All needed facilities available in the apartment.

Parking is pretty difficult during weekend as there are only 5 external ones. Hot water issues.

Ingrozitor

Nu mi-a placut absolut nimic.

Am facut o rezervare pentru 2 nopti. Nu am primit niciun mesaj de la proprietate ca este gata apartamentul decat dupa ce am sunat, primind astfel mesaj la aproape ora 16.00 cand trebuia sa ma cazez. Doamna cu care am vorbit la telefon a avut o atitudine destul de aroganta mi-a spus ca a avut probleme cu chiriasii de dinainte ca nu au vrut sa paraseasca apartamentul si ca au lasat mizerie. Am ajuns la apartament m -am cazat am iesit in oras. Seara cand m-am intors la nici 20 minute respectiv la 23 … dupa ce am urcat am fost sunata la interfon minute bune dupa care a urcat cineva care a batut timp de 5 minute continuu la usa. Intr-un final a plecat cel/cea de la usa nu stiu cine a fost ptr ca proprietatea nu are vizor. I-am scris doamnei de la cazare nu a raspuns i -am scris dimineata a raspuns intr-un final ironic ca trebuia sa raspund la usa… spunandu -mi …De ce nu ați răspuns? O fi fost greșeală de bloc. Ce as putea eu sa rezolv că a sunat cineva la interfon ? Am sunat o a doua zi dimineata nu a raspuns ..am reusit intr-un final sa discut la telefon cu ea doamna avand o atitudine incisiva rugand-o sa mi dea banii inapoi pentru a doua noapte de cazare eliberand apartamentul. Nu stiu si nici nu ma intereseaza ce probleme au fost in acel apartament. Este o zona urata.. apartamentul a avut cu siguranta probleme cu cei de dinainte…Nu am patit niciodata asa ceva …este o lipsa totala de respect a acestei doamne …si nu este safe locatia!!! Am trait o spaima…teribila… credeti-ma nu cred ca poti gresi locatia sa spuni continuu la interfon si la usa… la 23 noaptea si proprietarul sa nu raspunda la telefon sa te ajute!!!Nu recomand!!!

Miros foarte puternic de mucegai în dormitor. A trebuit să dormim în living.

Confort în natură

Am avut toate facilitățile incluse, mai mult decât la un hotel (mașină de spălat, bucătărie complet mobilată și utilată). Locație foarte bine poziționată (departe de agitația orașului, dar totuși aproape de acesta). Balconul imens pe care am putut servi micul dejun. Apartament mobilat cu bun gust și modern.

De experimentat pentru aer si priveliste

Locatia foarte buna, pt amatorii de liniste. Spatios, chiar langa Tampa, aer curat, simti relaxarea prin toti porii pe terasa. Chiar daca ai nevoie de masina sau Uber pt centru, se merita pt panorama si aer.

Apartamentul este usor outdated ca finisaje, clar macar garantia de 500 ron sau ceva de genul tb sa dispara din peisaj. Noua nu ne-a fost retinuta, multumim pentru incredere.

Locație excelenta, recomand cu drag celor doritori de liniste si confort

Apartamentul foarte curat, îngrijit și decorat cu bun gust. Utilat cu cele necesare pentru un mic dejun rapid, baia dotata cu gel de dus, sampon, prosoape si uscator.

Nu pot spune ca este neplacut, insa un mic dezavantaj ar fi locatia, desi priveliste spectaculoasa si liniste, putin departe de centru, era nevoie de masina sau taxi sa ajungi (10 minute) in centru sau era o plimbare de o ora daca alegeai sa mergi pe jos.

The location is very close to the forest and the biggest hill from the city so quiet and so relaxing

The fact that I had some temperature issues it was to cold in the house 🏡 and the internet was very slow ,I tried to contact the owner but they’ve replied after 2 days

Pleasant

The access to the appartment was straightforward with the given instructions (key in deposit box) There are many parking places available and an elevator. The penthaus-appartment was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an American kitchen, big living room, a huge balcony/ terrace with access from one of the bedrooms and the living room and another smaller balcony with acces from the other bedroom. There was also a closet room with a bacoom cleaner, other cleaning devices, a washing machine and a clothes horse. The panoramic view of the Tampa montain and of Brasov in the distance is very nice. The area is quiet and the proximity of the mountain is a big plus.

The furniture and equipment was extremely basic and low budget for a so called Penthaus. The bathroom accesories were very basic (some falling appart) and no shelves for higiene procucts were available. Huge wardroves but not one single clothes hanger in them. Full equiped kitchen in terms of devices (microwave, oven, induction cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher) but very poor tableware and basic cooking instruments. The balcony furniture was very ugly and dirty. Sadly, what it could be an amazing balcony (placing for example some plants for more intimacy, lights and fitting forniture) it is actually not very inviting.

Very nice view and quiet. Netflix in the living room. Nice apartment design.

Not enough towels. Some furniture needs repairs(ex. the bathroom door frame was broken, and the bathroom door wasn't closing) The WC seat is loose. The shower head support was not working. Bathroom cleaning was inadequate especially around the shower room, it had rust-like grime on the floor edges. The check-in/check-out policy is a bit out of balance (being able only to check-in late but having to check-out early). The fridge doesn't fit it's slot properly so it's really tough to open it.

I appreciated the cleanliness and the great view. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you need.

In the bedroom was really cold during the night. Even if the heat was on , the apartment was really big and it wasn’t enough.
