Staðsetningin
Hávaðasamt úti vegna skemmtanahalds en kom okkur ekki á óvart vissum það því það var helgi

It is a warm apartment, like home

Great location, convenient to all the attractions, right on the main street, close to shops and restaurants. Very nicely decorated , clean, parking lot a minute walk away.
The bathroom really needs a trash can! Going to the kitchen with every piece of bathroom trash is not ok.

Location in middle of Akureryi was perfect. Balcony was nice for people watching. Living area was comfortable.
Bed room was small and awkward

Everything inside the apartment. Very well apointed, modern & clean. Very comfortable beds including Sofa Bed. Netflix for Guests. Washing machine was great as well. Our favourite stay in Iceland but.....
Have to be honest here, Although you expect noise in a City Centre, we didnt expect this much. There is a speaker outside in the neighboring Hostel/Bar That is a few meters from the Bedroom we slept in. We stayed 2 nights Thursday & Friday and even though the apartment is well sound proofed the bass from the speaker went straight through the walls. It didnt go off till Midnight and even started up again at 7am!!! on Saturday morning. Hard to sleep when you have Dance music playing till very late, Dont be fooled by the volume during the day as it increases at night. The odd thing is there was hardly any paying customers listening to it, just local teenagers who seem to add to the noise. The apartment however was great in every other way.

The apartment is perfect, both the location and the place itself. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, although supermarkets are a bit far out of center to get breakfast for yourself.
Parking is possible in front, but we took our car to the Cultural centre to the free parking about 5 minutes walk.
Impersonal, in a way that the only communication is via Booking messages, even that mostly automatised. It's hard to "rate" "staff" when you meet/hear no-one for 2 full days.

We were here for two days, very nicely decorated, very clean, very well furnished, good location almost in the center of the city...highly recommend

Not only was the apartment well stocked with all one could need, there was also many nice decorative and artistic touches. Very nicely done! The owner was very responsive, friendly, and professional. A pleasure to stay here.. Bus line, bakeries, markets, are within a few feet. Try Kaffi Ilmur just up the street with lovely owners, food, and atmosphere.
Faces front of main street and next door is a bar/hostel where the young frequent it seems. :-) Can be loud for some at times, but just an fyi for those who may be sensitive to such.

location was on point! best location in the town by far! parking was easy to find and deal with. apartment is spacious and clean
needed trash bags and there were no additional bags to be found . really could use a machine dryer for clothes. especially in winter, drying on a rack really doesnt work out great. If you have any mobility issues, this apartment would not work as there are stairs to the apartment itself. only other item to note was on friday/saturdays, the local pub is VERY VERY crowded and loud... its at least 5 doors down and we could clearly hear people and noise until about 2 am . but it wasnt a deal breaker at all and we would stay here again.

Really nice apartment in the centre of Akureyri, clean and well furnished. There was all stuff we needed, including the washing machine with tabs. Great position near restaurants and shops. There is also a small balcony (not really useful in september but nice 😅). Possibility of parking nearby. Recommended

Saga Apts...A beautiful facility in the heart of Akueryri. Everything is walkable along with it being a great home base for enjoying all things the north of Iceland has to offer. The apt was spacious, clean and well equipped. I particularly loved the balcony over looking the main shopping street in Akueryri. Upon return to Iceland we will book this property again. I give them 6 out of 5 stars. Loved it!

So nice hosts, that answered very fast every question I had... and there were some. Very quiet, even though it's in the middle of the town.

A proper apartment with good attention to details, I was looking a place for 2 nights as a turist but this would be definitely good also for medium-term staying (worker, student, etc).

Great location! Right on Main Street with all the cool cafes.
The apartment is cute and modern.
The explanation of how to get there was easy and convenient.
It is very convenient to have a washing machine and soap in the apartment.
The beds were really uncomfortable because they were really soft and almost sank to the floor.
The stairwell has discarded cabinets and it feels like a slightly neglected building.
We were a couple who booked for many days but we only got 2 towels which is a bit stingy.
Our main problem was the shower, which was small, had used shampoo bottles in it (which is an unpleasant feeling), and mostly had a blockage so we showered and our feet were in a pool of their own.
The price is also relatively expensive for an apartment that is not a hotel.
Down the street there is a square that looks like a parking lot. Watch out! We parked there by mistake and received an expensive fine.
