The house was OK but lacking in facilities I.e. no curtains on bedroom window, no teapot, no milk on arrival, no little snacks, water heater not working for us
As above

The house was clean and had some good home from from extras in the kitchen etc. I like to give fair reviews and there was pros as well as cons..
We were extremely dissapointed as we travelled and stayed to visit the Lammas fair. The property advertised parking and I was advised by the owner in a couple of text messages where to park, when we arrived all of the streets were closed with no access to the house or the carpark.. We had to park outside the town which meant we had to wait around all day to go back and retrieve the car and
couldn't go out and have a drink as planned as there was no access to a carpark until 10pm that night which at this point the children were ready for home.
I feel the property owner would have known this as the Lammas happens every year and we shouldn't have been advised there was parking available.
Last downside was there was no blinds/curtains in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Totally bare window which was a privacy issue and light shining in at sunrise..
A real shame as the property could have been perfect for our one night visit :(

The house was clean tidy and comfortable and in an excellent central location.
There was no microwave but other than that minor detail I couldn't fault the place at all
4.3
Location great, lovely coffee shop few doors up for breakfast.
Mattress on beds were not comfortable, springs gone and soft.
4.3
No breakfast but local recommended café
Lots of personal items in the property. Toilet seats needed fixing they were loose. Unable to use downstairs toilet used as storage. Kitchen cupboards needed cleaning.
4.3
Apartment is warm because of good heating system, shower was hot!!
We couldnt close the window facing the main road, toilet seat was wobbly, toilet door had cracks so you could see through, we couldnt close the door of the main room it was jammed, there was no microwave in the kitchen which was not expected. Apartment is very noisy because of traffic on the road 24hrs, may be not suitable for family with kids. We tried to contact the host but there was no answer.

We stayed for one night. Family of 5 adults. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms. Adequate space.
On Main Street so walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops and short walk to beach area.
Loved the deep set windows.
We did not use the kitchen but did note variety of seasonings, tea. No coffee.
Little noisy at night off Main Street.
Instructions on how to use washing machine in welcome packet would be nice for those of us not familiar with European appliances.
No shampoo or body wash. Make sure to bring.
Carpet is a little worn.
Pillows and mattresses were fair.

Perfect location, clean and tidy. Very quirky little house, which was great for us...
Great communication with owner, clear directions and instructions.
All was great, if i was offering helpful improvements... we had a creaky bed in the back bedroom and we couldn't open the bathroom window. But this did not spoil our stay...
4.3
Great location- near to everything you could possibly need.
Great communication with owner
Very clean
Fantastic facilities
Lovely linen
Just what we needed on our tour of the coast.
Good parking due to being a sat into Sunday, no panic on moving car from main road.
Good information pack
Due to us arriving late on the Saturday on one of the coldest days it took a while to make the house warm.- we did try to build a fire but to no avail (our problem not the property)
Wonky toilet seat in main bathroom ( this is a tiny tiny issue)
4.3
Great communication from host and keys were where they should have been making for easy access
The external door was accessible
For all the electronic catch didn’t seem to be working

Apartment was good size. Everything in the house we needed. Great location

Highly recommended. Comfortable house in a great location.
4.3
Tasteful decorations and plenty of books, lovely comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen.
Nice touches like slippers and magazines All the comforts of home.
Lots of friendly pubs and cafes, we loved Boyds and Ursa Minor and great craft shops too.
As it is on the main street, traffic can be a bit noisy

Location was perfect, it was clean and nicely decorated.
Very steep & precarious steps up to the property. No welcome pack, WiFi password didn't work so we had to use our initiative. No hot water, we had to contact the owner re this. Beds really noisy, the doors on the shower in the ensuite don't meet. There was no soap in either bathroom.
4.3
Lovely house, very clean, highly recommend
Couldn't find welcome leaflet, main bathroom door handle loose, bed in ensuite room very noisy and couldn't find a hair dryer
4.3
Everything about the place and central to Everything
Everything was brilliant
4.3
We enjoyed the feel and decor so much, all the personal touches were great.
One of the beds (the metal one in the ensuite room) was so loud. Every time our toddler moved it squeaked so on the second night we put the mattress on the floor so stop her wakening. But house was brilliant otherwise.
4.3
clean and great location
The beds ! One was very squeaky we moved to another and it was very cramped the third bed was hard and lumpy so no one slept well.

We had a fabulous time in Ballycastle, beautiful place and the accommodation wax so lovely
Everything was fabulous
4.3
Central location so very convenient for shops
and places to eat. Plenty of space in comfortable
and interesting property. Would have happily
stayed longer if it had been available!
Property itself was fantastic, location on the
high street a little noisy late afternoon due to
busy traffic (and rain!) but to be expected and no
disturbance otherwise.
4.3
good location
the stairs into the property were dangerous
there were various damages to walls etc
property was over priced
4.3
We were self catering. Those using front bedrooms found traffic noisy at times overnight..mattress in 2 of rooms could have been more comfortable but we enjoyed our stay..in a beautiful house
