Located on scenic Hwy 30-A, Mistral 24 is a two bedroom plus bunks, two bath condominium in Seacrest Beach. Comfortably sleeps up to eight and is perfect for your family vacation. Wake up to bright sunshine and crashing waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with the most spectacular views of the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. Build a sand castle, fly a kite or rent bikes and enjoy the miles of paths that start and stop at your door. On the top floor of a small community, the panoramic views are absolutely breath taking. The main floor holds a king bedroom, built-in hallway bunks, a full bath with washer and dryer, kitchen, living and dining areas and Gulf-front balcony. Wind your way up the spiral staircase to the king bedroom loft with clerestory windows and a private bath with a gorgeous tile walk in shower with two shower heads. This Beaches of South Walton location directly on the bike path and is convenient to Rosemary Beach, The Big Chill and Seaside boutiques and restaurants, while being in a less crowded, family friendly area. Our private beach is only for Mistral Owners and Guests use.

We had an amazing time! The oceanfront view from the unit was beautiful! Mistral was perfectly located for us to venture around and explore 30A. We enjoyed the private beach and having the chair service on-site, which made it easy to come and go with our toddler. Angela was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would LOVE to return!

I just came back from a amazing stay!! Me,my daughter and her friend just had a wonderful week/ spring break full of relaxation,marvelous ocean views, plenty of laughs and perhaps a drink or ten !! The condo is perfectly gorgeous!!! The location was amazing!! The host was very accommodating when we needed to check in a tad early. Everything went very well. We will be back for sure !!!!

Plenty of space . Decor was beautiful. The cleanliness was ok . We always vacuum as we now that is one thing lags in beach rentals . Mattresses could use a replacement and the couch sags a bit in the middle. Those would be my two suggestions. All else was glorious! Thank you .

The location here is wonderful. It’s right next to a public beach access but the private beach signs and beach attendant keep others out. The unit was almost as beautiful as the view. Had everything we needed. Location on 30a is convenient with restaurants, shops, etc. close but not as crowded as other areas up and down 30a. Wonderful place and we will likely stay here again.

Condo just as described! Clean and tastefully decorated. Stairs up to third floor weren't bad and I think the picture of the beach stairs up look more intimidating than they actually were! Angela was great to work with and was very responsive. Have already referred several friends to this property! I can't wait to go back. Such a beautiful area with great shops and restaurants!

The condo was perfect for our winter break trip. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the location was great for morning jogs and walks. Check-in and out was easy and parking was great. I really cannot say enough good things about Mistral 24. My picky teenage daughter and her friend even loved it. I will definitely book again. We had a great stay in this quaint condo on the beach. We like this unit because it was in a smaller condo development. View from the third floor was awesome, beach access was easy with a short walk down to the beach. The unit had plenty of room for a family of 4. We will be coming back.

We had a good time, Condo is right on the beach. It's also convenient to stores in case you need any last minute items. The bike trail is right in front of the building. The condo is located 6 miles from Seaside and about 2 miles from Rosemary., so not a bad bike trip either way.

The location is perfect. Bikeable or walkable to many of the beach communities! Always something to do on this section of beach. The beach area in front of the condo is private, which is wonderful! Many, Many stairs from condo to beach ,which gives and amazing water view from any condo, and parking lot to condo. No elevator. This was not a problem for us but just a heads up to future guests. The Condo was very clean and had very nice updates to the whole unit. The dryer takes a very long time to dry anything thicker than a t-shirt but all other appliances were new. I highly recommend an would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We loved the view of the beach and the sunsets -especially viewed through the porthole window. We were able to see both Destin and Panama Beach from the deck. We ate many of our meals out there. The unit was a lovely; it had just been updated and was very comfortable. We loved the master bedroom loft and the large bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. At first we weren't sure about the location as it wasn't as close to some of the areas we liked to dine/shop in the past. but ended up liking it better as it was easier to get to without it being so crowded. The parking was good- we've had trouble in the past at other places that had very limited parking. We had a few glitches in the first days as everything was new but Angela and her staff were very responsive and quick to get things remedied.

We love smaller buildings with a less crowded beach and this was exactly what we got. The beautiful views and great location was worth all the stairs we climbed throughout the week! Angela was very responsive! The first morning we woke up to find that out coffee maker was not working. For three adults who have two young kids to supervise this was not a good start to the day. However, a quick email to Angela and a new coffee maker was in our room waiting on us when we came back from the beach for lunch. We will definitely be back!!
