About this house rental
Welcome to Albuquerque – one of the Southwest’s oldest and most unique cities!
This charming modern home located in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains is perfectly positioned for those looking to experience the heritage, culture, food, and natural beauty of the Duke City.
Located in the Northeast Heights, this house boasts stunning views of both the Sandias and the Rio Grande River Valley. The home provides both convenience and comfort in one of Albuquerque’s most desirable neighborhoods.
The first floor features an open kitchen with updated appliances and an abundance of storage space. There is also a bright dining area with plenty of natural light. Same goes for the airy living room. There is also a nice-sized bedroom on the first floor with a queen sized bed and adjacent full bathroom.
Upstairs you’ll find the spacious master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed, a generously-sized closet, a large garden bathtub, and a master bedroom balcony
with great views of the city and the mountains. There is an additional bedroom and a bathroom on the second floor that features queen-sized bed.
In addition to stunning views, there are also plenty of amenities nearby, including restaurants, bars, parks and outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, etc.).
The staircase to the second floor is quite steep and the space between balusters is wide enough for a small child to fit through. For this reason, we do not allow children under the age of 6 to stay at this property.

The property is in a great location - especially for us as we have family living within a couple miles. Everything was very clean which is important to me. Beds were comfortable which is great after a long day of sightseeing.

The house was clean and beds were very comfortable! The a/c could have been cooler but there was a note telling us not to turn it up (system would freeze up). Overall, we loved the house and worked well for five adults.

This property was exceptionally clean and well kept. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cookware. Everything was in great condition. Great communication from the host, it is evident that they really care about the property and about their guests. I would definitely stay here again.

The temperature upstairs was warm during the night.
Noticed the downstairs bath tub drained very slow.

We were in Albuquerque for graduation and the property was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location near the mountains is beautiful. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

Francisco's place was perfect for our group's stay. The location is in a nice mid-point in town, with easy access to all points. In terms of the house, it was nice that we had easy access to the garage and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. And the common spaces were comfortable for when we were all together. It should be noted that part of the listing was inaccurate for us, with the master bedroom being shown as having 2 beds and a futon. It only has a single king bed. But this wasn't too much of a problem for us!

We had an amazing stay in this charming home. The location is a nice neighborhood with trail access. We awoke every morning to beautiful sunshine and walked up the arroyo on a beautiful Albuquerque trail. Then, we headed out to our day. We loved returning in the evening to watch the sunset to the west while on the patio. We did stand up to look over the fence to view it best. The upper level also has a nice balcony for sunset viewing. Having the amazing outside area, the living room, and the kitchen to gather was very nice for our group. Also, every room has a bathroom, the kitchen is well stocked, and all the amenities you need were provided. The host was very accessible and available for questions, but all was provided ahead of time which was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful time and visit to Albuquerque.

This house was so perfect for the four of us but can very easily accommodate 6! Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable and well-stocked, and great location to the balloon fiesta and Park and Ride, and to all surrounding shopping and great restaurants. Francisco, the most perfect host, was so nice and responded right away to all of my questions, and all instructions were very well explained. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit again for another balloon fiesta!

The location was excellent. So close to shopping (all sorts of shopping) and restaurants. We stayed over the fourth of July and watching all the fireworks from the balcony of the master bedroom was something to behold. Amazing how all of Albuquerque celebrated the 4th. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to stay but yet close enough to everything. Francisco was an amazing host and even checked in on us a few times to ensure that we were settled in and enjoying our stay. He went above and beyond a host duties in making our stay (first time in New Mexico) so wonderful and full of memories. Thank you Francisco and I wish you nothing but the best.

Our group consisted of 3 adult couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the well furnished kitchen and relaxing in the spacious living room in the evening. The attached garage with opener is a big plus. Made it very easy coming and going and easy to load and unload our vehicle. The home is in a very nice neighborhood and extremely close to stores and restaurants. If you are visiting Albuquerque we highly recommend staying at this property. Francisco is a great host!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation. On a side note, we had lunch at Christy Mae’s Restaurant on San Pedro. Family owned restaurant with something for everyone and reasonable prices.

Absolutely no complaints. We needed a location to stay while taking part in an Albuquerque family gathering. It was a quiet retreat from the mayhem. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to easily access area locations. The house was clean and fully equipped. The host, Francisco, was gracious and immediately responsive to my questions.

This property was mostly OK. The property manager made an effort to make this property nice. There were a few problems that we shared with the property manager and he said he will correct these issues.

This was a great location to see balloons from the back deck and master bedroom balcony. We could also see the mountains from the front of the house. It is very near the dam, which has walking trails. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The host was pleasant to work with as well.

This was an easy experience with all the accommodations we needed. It was clean and comfortable, the beds were great! The only suggestion I might add is a couple of chairs in the living room with arms, it's easier for those of us with bad knees. Other than that it was perfect! Francisco was an angel to deal with! Thank you for everything!
