Wonderful welcome by Edward at Valet, and the ladies at check in. It’s been forever since we received a welcome like this. Comfortable beds and robes, as well as friendly service with great food at the rooftop. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful and pristine facility. Wish we had more than one night. Top notch staff.

It was nice and peaceful and the manager Mathew very was helpful : I mentioned that my daughter may stay one more night and he held a room for the following night for her immediately as they were running low on rooms Sunday night. It’s always beautiful and well kept and everyone is very friendly. We always stay here (in several rooms) when we visit our other daughter at her med school as her lil rental near unm can’t fit any of us. Really great experience as usual!

The hotel is beautiful very pricey and got no extras except coffee. Upon check in the receptions could not answer any questions told us to the hotel next door. We did see when we were leaving that the hotel had some events set up we could had attended. The room was not serviced while we were there got back to our room and had to call down front desk to ask for towels no I am sorry your room did not get sevicee. .

We stayed here for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta week and had a marvelous time. The hotel is ideally positioned near old town and is more upscale compared to the many other options around the staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive to the request that we had the pool and hot tub are both clean and well supplied with Ice, cold water and towels . In the early Don hours, you can literally see hundreds of hot air balloons in the sky, framed by the mountains in the background.

Very nice SW decor. Only surprise was limited eating venue on site. Sawhill Market across the street provided many food options.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Attentive staff, beautiful spaces, quiet and it has a huge outdoor pool.

Very nice property. Close to Old Town, great food in the area, and the property's well-appointed and hip. Nice upscale place to stay

Lovely quiet hotel in convenient location for our early departure from the airport the next morning. Staff was attentive, room was clean with good amenities including comfortable robes. The top floor was a lovely spot for an evening cocktail and watching the sunset.

We loved this property! Very cute and clean with Southwest vibes. Large rooms and Sawmill Market was right across the street. Good workout facility. Parking was close by and it is walkable to Old Town. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great place! I loved it! Only mild complaint was the ac/fan couldn’t keep with heat of the day. But that’s minor.

This hotel is beautiful. The room I had was a King with a balcony which looked out over the pool. The Level 5 rooftop restaurant and bar are super nice with amazing views of the city and mountains. It's located directly across the street from the Sawmill Market which has 19 different food vendors and some have a full bar, beer and/or wine. The hotel is just a block over from Old Town Albuquerque. I will definitely stay there again!

This is a wonderful hotel. Unfortunately, Chaco was off its game on this stay. Housekeeping neglected to clean our room on day 2 of our stay (we discovered this at 10 pm when we arrived back to the property.) The gym ran out of wipes to clean equipment on day 1, but failed to replenish for the remainder of our stay. Chaco used to serve fresh, hot coffee in the lobby area very early in the morning. The coffee for early birds was sub-par and lukewarm this stay. I went to Starbucks instead.

Beautiful Hotel with good amenities. If you’re looking for a quick getaway I highly recommend this Hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, perfect for our situation on this trip

I stayed there for about a month and ended my work 4 days early. I informed the hotel a week prior to my early departure and they changed my checkout date. The unfortunate part is they didn’t reimburse me for the nights I didn’t stay. I tried numerous times to resolve this but they denied the request every time. I would just call that bad business.
