The location was excellent as we could easily access public transport to get to where we needed. Also, there were excellent restaurants near the location and we also had a supermarket close by.
There were no side lamps in the bedrooms which is a small luxury when staying in an apartment. Also, the shower head was faulty and a little bit tricky to operate. Besides these issues, everything else was fine.

The location is close to South Yarra station and trams along Chapel Street.
There is a Woolworths supermarket right next door.
The TV remote and air-conditioner remote were faulty.
There were no instructions for any of the electrical appliances, including the television and microwave.
There was no housekeeping for the 9 days and 9 nights we were there. We used the same sheets and the same towels for 9 nights.
The saucepan and frying pan were unsafe for use because the non-stick surfaces were peeling and flaking.
The bed sank in the middle, and the springs creaked and pinged whenever we moved.
There were no bedside tables and no bedside lights.
The carpet was stained and covered with hair from previous guests.

Good location , proper cooking facilities , laundry within property . Nice gym and pool . Good comms via W'app .
Check in ! i was given a key and told to enter at no:x but there are 5 lifts and some don't go to correct floor and i ended up at an identical flat number but in the wrong area and a guy there , it would have been so much easier just to be shown up . Staff eventually came to rescue ! The flat needs a good deep clean , it was ok mainly but carpet , couch , glass needed cleaning. TV channels very limited .

Location
Filthy stained carpets throughout, dirty bathroom, saggy beds, aircon remote no batteries, only 1 bedside light for a 2 bedroom apartment. No insect screen on balcony door so apartment full of mosquitoes. Followed Vogue’s pre checkin procedure uploading ID for all guests. 2nd guest went to collect key at 2pm and was denied access. she had to wait 6 hours to get into the apartment as I was on an interstate flight and uncontactable. Totally unacceptable!

it was extremely well located and there was car parking available
it needed some maintenance. paint was back to bare wood in the bathroom around the shower. a blind in the living area wouldn’t stay up. the staff were warm and friendly but slow to respond to requests. Finding the office was very confusing.

The location was great. The facilities were also very good in the building. Washing machine & dryer were also very good. The bedrooms were good along with ample cupboard space.
As soon as we had paid i was bombarded with emails about what we cant do. Rules for everything. Also it was hard to contact the letting agent. The unit was dirty. The shower was dirty with soap scum. The shower head was broken, we had to hold up with tape a repairman came with no tools?? couldnt fix it. The walls all through were dirty. The stove top had been barely cleaned, there was crud under the gas tops. Cleaners were called in again but they claimed the mould in bathroom was under silicone. I cleaned it myself. The back of the toilet was also dirty & the self closing lid didnt work properly. Knob missing off stove. The bathroom door didnt lock & the sliding door to bedroom was off its track. The lounge had a grotty blanket on it to cover the stains on the chair. I would suggest the agent get a new cleaning team & make a recommendation to the owners to tidy the place up, after all it is tax deductible. We were offered a discounted price from booking.com, but that doesnt mean the place should be substandard. We had emails saying once booked it was nonrefundable.

The collection of keys was easy to follow directions sent. However the instructions about getting to our apartment needed to clearer. As it was 1 am due to plane delay , the directions were unclear and we ended up waking the resident of 35 Malcom St and not 31. Needs to be clear that there is duplicate numbers on each floor. eg 306 31 and 306 35. It was easy when we worked it with help from the resident.

The apartment was tidy but it could do with a vacuum. There wasn't any cups/ mugs in the unit. However the staff were helpful in supplying extra.

The property is on the best location with 2-5 minutes walk to bus stop, train station. Supermarket is just below the building. Property is surrounding by a lot of foodshops, restaurants.
More facilities than other property from having swimming pool.
Bed sheet is a little bit dusty, make me feel itchy. Fridge is not cool, warmer than outside the fridge. Only freezer work. Make salmon got unfresh smell even store in it only one day.

The location is the best you can find, in the South Yarra area with everything you can possibly need close by; there is even a supermarket downstairs and shops next to it, really convenient. Also there is a tram stop just in front.
The keys pickup was easy and the manager was willing to provide each with a set of keys.
The building facilities are a gem, really enjoyed the pool and sauna.
The apartment was not really in clean condition, the the bathroom sink was blocked and we could not use it. We had to use the sink in the kitchen to brush our teeth. The utensils in the kitchen drawers were greasy, as if they were stored without being washed, also the oven looked dirty. As per the bathroom floor, it looked dirty and the walls within the apartment were stained and looks like some general maintenance was lacking in the unit.

Everything was awesome, except some plumbing issues came up in the toilet, which was resolved though during my stay. The hosts were really helpful, I had extended my stay for 21 nights, but had to cancel and leave earlier, they refunded me as I informed 2-3 days prior that I will check out!

The mould growing in the a/c unit was very sub standard and disgustingly unhygienic.
