Dissapointed. The location has potential, but is totally neglected.

The only nice thing is the location and the owner.

The inside doors don't close properly, the mattress in the bedroom is very uncomfortable and dirty, the front of the sofa in the living room was dirty, the kitchen table was dirty, the refrigerator was a mess. The apartment was not seriously cleaned before we came. We felt uncomfortable the whole stay. The location has potential, but is totally neglected

Lovely apartment well-located in a lovely city.

Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Lift to third floor apartment. 15 mins walk to old town. Parking extremely useful. Very friendly host met us at entrance, fluent English - extremely helpful when we had a car problem.

Plovdiv is fascinating city and staying in this great apartment made sightseeing even more enjoyable

Favorable location, and a nice clean apartment. The washing machine came very handy as we were already two weeks on the road. The owner supported all our needs and questions. I strongly recommend it.

Great host and great location, needs more cleaning

I liked the location - it is very close to the center. I liked the host - very friendly and understanding.

There weren’t enough sheets for the people sleeping on the couch. Some parts of the apartment weren’t clean - like the blinds, and there was bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Very nice location close to city center, fair, and old town. Very nice host who helps with everything you need. The neighborhood is quite and secure. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary for a short stay.

More towels were needed - large and small, and maybe some refreshment of the apartment. Generally and excellent value for a short stay.

We appreciate how easy the communication with the host was. The apartment was very comfortable and it was nice to see that they left coffee, fruits and cookies for us. Parking is not a problem at all because of the garage downstairs. The location is good and there are shops close by. We will stay again for sure. Thanks

spacious apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located for exploring beautiful Plovdiv. Large, spacious and has everything you need for a shorter and longer stay. The parking garage is a big plus. The owner is communicative, responsive, and open to all arrangements. He allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot the next day even though we left the apartment, and that meant a lot to us. We recommend Ibar apartment

Exceptional

All was perfect, easy to get into the property, the owner is super nice and explain everything in detail, the apartment was very clean, bright and you have everything you need for your stay. We park without issues thanks to the garage. The apartment is 10 min from city centre. Everything was perfect definitely will return again, highly recommended because of quite area, location and beautiful apartment.

A great trip to Plovdiv with good accommodation.

The host was super. He welcomed us and gave us basic directions for food, nice places to visit and everything. The garage was superb extra. The apartment was in nice quiet neighbourhood .

The apartment have been seeing better times. The kitchen was not stocked adequately (No pot), the electric kettle was not working.

The host is kind, but the apartment needs a lot of repairments to be suitable for staying.

The host was a very kind. He tried to accomodate us. There was parking, which was very convenient. The price was fine.

The apartment is very old - the bathroom smells really bad. A lot of things are broken - lamps, heaters. It didn't seem very clean. The bathroom and shower were very old, there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms.
