The location was great. View was fantastic. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Shower was great with a view from the shower. Has a washing machine and dryer which was very handy. Was a taste of luxury.
Coouldnt fault.

The view was AMAZING!!! The house is beautiful and so close to everything. Could not fault it!
5.0
the view, the modern feel, the fireplace and that there’s no carpet.
the lighting was faulty and we couldn’t use the Lounge area lights as they zapped when tried turning them on.

Biggest highlight was the incredible view of the hazards and wineglass bay from both the living room and main bedroom! Super comfortable bed and couches, great bathroom with a large bath and shower along with two sinks and a heated towel rack. Also large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guests to use. Beautiful kitchen with an abundance of cooking supplies and walk in pantry.
Only issues we had were that we found the front door lock a little confusing and the door itself seemed to stick when we tried to open it, and the shared driveway was a little awkward to navigate as it was quite steep and not a whole lot of room to comfortably turn around at the top. Otherwise everything was absolutely amazing and we'll definitely come back again!

View , cleanliness, luxurious appointments, well equipped, comfortable beds, position.
The fireplace was not operable because of October date but it was a very cold night when we arrived and we would have appreciated the extra warmth. Reverse cycle air con needed in second bedroom upstairs. Otherwise it was a brilliant place to stay.

We absolutely loved the room sizes, the view, bath was amazing 🤩
Not many larger salad bowls, small , and large plates . A electric frypan would have been great .
Hard to see the Tv no block out blinds .

This is a outstanding property , the fire place was lovely and kept us toastie warm. The kitchen was well equiped but a larger skillet frypan would of been handy. The house had me drawing up plans to rebuild something similar . Congratulations to the owners on a superb property
The trees down the driveway have grown since photos were taken , so the views of the water were not quite as good as expected

Coles Bay is the best place for easy access to the Freycinet NP.
There is no better views of the Hazards than from the lounge and bedroom of this house. Totally knock your socks off stunning.
The house is clean, modern and HUGE to the point of feeling a bit sterile.
Very clean and ,modern if you like that vibe.
Bed in master bedroom is so comfortable and the view from the giant bath is perfect.
The town itself has been overrun by tourist accomodation and lacks the 'fishing village vibe' (Thanks to tourists like us).
The house is a bit sterile. Would be nice if there was some rugs on the couch and maybe a book shelf or two.
The internet was not working and whilst we let the people know, nothing could be done about it. Not a big deal, but we had planned on some romantic nights in front of the fire watching our favourite Netflix movies. A bit disappointing but not a deal breaker.
We also could not work out how to work the dishwasher and had an hilarious half hour trying to manage the washer dryer. (we're from the country. Lol). Some instructions would be good.

Great view of The Hazards - a must see landmark for any visit to Coles Bay.
:The Loft: is modern, very spacious, light and airy, practical set up for views, indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces and amenities.
Close to everything in Coles Bay while offering the feel of a secluded position.

The exterior of the house was covered in cobwebs. Outdoor furniture very dirty and covered in cob webs.
