Beautiful and clean accommodations! We totally recommend this property. The hosts were always accessible and responsive. The apartment is quiet, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable, and it offers everything you need in the kitchen including an air fryer. New and lovely furnishings and a water feature at the front door.

We stayed here for a few nights, so pleased we chose it vs hotel! The entrance is like entering a spa with a relaxing waterfall. It had coffee maker, refrigerator that was larger than a mini, air fryer, toaster, wine glasses, silverware, washer/dryer so we were able to get home with clean clothes! That was a PLUS! Everything was so clean, we really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at this clean and comfortable casita was brief. This casita had everything you would need. Would recommend to family and friends visiting Albuquerque.

This little space is so nicely appointed with so many unexpected extras! We loved it and I would absolutely stay here again - if I don’t have a dog. Though the neighborhood is beautiful and felt safe, we needed to take our dog to one of 2 small parks each 3 to 4 blocks away. While that’s great during the day, for dark morning and evening outings, in winter, it’s not ideal. That said, this casita gets 5+ stars; it’s a gem!!

It was coincidental, but I managed to wake up and catch the sunrise over the Sandia mountains each morning and it was a great view from the location. The casita was clean and comfortable and in an ideal spot to get anywhere in town.

What a lovely place to stay.... very close to the balloon festival as described.... Clean and tidy and with all the amenities that we needed. ... Tamara could have not have been nicer or more helpful than she was....she went out of her way to help us with all our needs. I would give this a 5 star PLUS rating. We will be back.

The property was exactly as described and spotless. It had everything we needed, was close to major freeways and any kind of shopping/dining you might want. A very short drive to Old Town and Nob Hill and an easy drive to Santa Fe. Hosts were extremely responsive and very kind. We highly recommend this Casita if you are going to be in this area.

The neighborhood is high end and comfortable. The entrance welcomes you with a water feature which immediately draws you into an oasis feeling of seclusion. The room and setup are designed to allow a good stay and extras like washer and dryer, refrigerator/freezer with several cooking amenities. (Air fryer + Dishes) etc.

I cannot thank you enough for going out of your way to accommodate my parents. Long story short, my date was off by one day on our booking and we did not catch it until they had already arrived. Completely on our end. Since it was late it would have been easy for the host not even respond. Thankfully it was not booked the night before and she was able to quickly accommodate my parents. She even went and turned the heater on so it would be warm and relaxing when they came back. Much appreciated!

Great stay for a quick weekend on our way up to Angel Fire. We appreciated the Casita and the owners welcoming us. If we come through Albuquerque and need a place to stay we will most definitely book again. We even were able to travel with our two small dogs--- so it being pet friendly was a major plus for us. Thank you so much!

This little casita has a lot packed into it. It's obvious the hosts have given thought to what travelers might need. Provided appliances include hot plate, microwave and even an air fryer. Dishware and some essential pots and pans plus oil and basic spices would provide enough for cooking a meal or 2. I especially appreciated the UBT milk pods for my coffee. Nice shower and bath products. Quiet, safe neighborhood, but not far from major roads.

Not fancy or anything. But I never book anything like that. I always look for clean and does it suit my purpose. This was perfect. Extremely clean. Extremely safe neighborhood. Everything was well thought out with organizing the space. Plenty comfortable for 1 to 2 people. If I have to come out before closing on my house there, I will stay there again!

This was like a high end hotel room. It was small but had everything you needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and there was a park nearby to walk the dogs. We enjoyed our morning coffee outside at the table by the nearby water feature.
