I highly recommend this property.

The room decor was new and modern. The bathroom was large and beautifully designed. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. Street parking was available and convenient in front of the property. It was free between 8 pm and 8 am, and cost 1 euro per hour at other times.

The property is on the second floor of an apartment building and the exterior sign is up at that level so it’s a bit hard to see. When the owner confirms arrival time, I would suggest he tell guests where to look for the sign.

Great location, very clean and crisp, delightful hosts and good breakfast. Host was able to provide early checkin per our request which helped because of tour we had arranged for the afternoon.

There was nothing we disliked for this property.

I can’t say enough about this place. Close to the train station, a short walk to restaurants, a bakery, some shops. Very comfortable room, clean, and a well stocked fridge in the kitchen…yoghurt, milk, juices. Coffee maker, muffins, and a sweet bread, all to be enjoyed at one of the tables if you want. Even though my room faced a busy street it was very quiet because of heavy double doors to the balcony. I’d definitely stay here again.

Just like staying at HOME 🏡

It was better than staying at HOME in terms of comfort. Super big and really warm with armchair and puff and make up mirror!! The bed was really comfy! There were so many amenities: proper hairdryer, so many hanging hooks, even a coat hanger! And a scale!! Fantastic lights and lamps, great shower! And very warm bathroom! With no steam at all!! Soap, body wash and conditioner dispenser. The owners were amazing! So caring!! The kitchen was spotless!! Super clean! Nespresso machine and cappuccino maker! Herbal teas and San Carlo products. Very close to the station. Very silent at night. Simply amazing!

Breakfast was excellent for Italians but no savoury options.

Superb central location - walking distance from the train station, and very easy to get into town and to the Abbey. The owners are very nice and very helpful. Room was incredibly spacious, furnished well, and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Will definitely book again for future trips to Cassino.
