Difficult to check in and find.

Hard to find and no staff. The self check in was difficult and confusing. No one answered the phone when we called for check in help but they did respond to text via booking.com

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip.

Frühstück mit allem was man braucht, bis 6 Jahre frühstücken kostenlos.Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich.Wir wurden intern "umgebucht", so dass wir ein familienfreundlicheres Zimmer als gebucht hatten.

Perfekt wäre eine kleine Kaffeemaschine bzw. ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

La colazione abbondante e varia sia dolce che salata. Ci hanno fatto parcheggiare la moto nel loro magazzino chiuso e al coperto. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza . Camera molto spaziosa

Camere stile anni 70 con poca personalità e poco accogliente. Bastava forse qualche quadro e qualche pianta per rendere meno freddo l'ambiente.

Zweckmässig, sauber, gutes Frühstück und freundliche Bedienung

Die Zimmer sind von guter Größe. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Frische Brötchen, eine gute Auswahl insgesamt, mit verschiedenen Käsesorten, Müsli, usw.

Es ist schwierig, in der Gegend einen Parkplatz zu finden und das Hotel ist etwas weit von der Stadt Ulm entfernt. Die Zimmer sind nicht gut schallisoliert, so dass Sie sehr darauf achten müssen, keinen Lärm zu machen, besonders wenn Sie spät in der Nacht ankommen.

Staff is lovely, the place is alright.

The staff was friendly, when I met them. I checked in online and in the evening took the key out of a safe box. Location was excellent for me.

There is no elevator in the building, I was on the top floor with unfortunatly heavy books in my suitcase. The bathroom is compact and has a low ceiling - be aware of your head! The shower had no door and is very small. Puddles on the floor were inevitable. There is mold starting in the ceiling of the bathroom, I was on the top floor. Carfeul of the walls, I hit my head above the bed and in the bathroom.

A clean basic hotel, ok for a transit stay , within a walking distance to the centre

My family and I stayed at this hotel 2 times this month. We were very satisfied with the convenient location of the hotel, clean rooms, daily room cleaning, fast Internet. We especially want to note the work of the reception staff, who always responded quickly to our requests. The staff is polite and friendly. We will be happy to come back again.

Friendly, comfortable hotel

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very welcome and had an excellent range of items. It is conveniently located. Just a 20 min walk to the town centre and a tram stop nearby straight to the main train station.

It was hot, so we needed the windows open. A few times we had people stop, chat and smoke outside our basement window.

Good value but too automated stay

Very good location for me. Room was OK. Easy to arrive late. Friendly an prompt communication by email. Excellent breakfast.

Just electronic communication. In the evening, no possibility to get/buy anything to drink. Reception was closed still at 8:00 AM. I didn't see a living person there during my stay. I had no option to pay at the property even though i was expecting that.

Great choice for a very good, well priced and located stay in Ulm

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for walking to the city center. Breakfast has good variety and friendly service. Great value.

We sleep with the window open and the mosquitos were overwhelming.

Quiet, warm blankets, nice location, good prices, good food, hot water came at the shower in less than a minute, they also had twin bed rooms.

Very friendly staff, free parking, good sized room. Short walk into the centre. Some really nice restaurants near by. We ate at the Vietnamese up the road (cash only!)- excellent. Good value breakfast

TV remotes didn't work (but only German channels so no great problem for us mono speaking Brits) curtains didn't fit windows. No facilities to make tea or coffee but you could ask reception for a brew.

Clean comfortable hotel in excellent location with parking in front off road and in adjoining side street.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff (in particular Abdullah). Closeness of hotel to central Ulm (about a 15 minute walk). Good basic breakfast of usual kind - ham,cheese, eggs (boiled or scrambled). Good selection of bread and rolls.

Very soft, small pillows that gave little support to the head. Had we been there longer we would have asked for more.
