Muy cómodo y grande

Buena atención, comodidad y es un hotel grande que estaba lleno, y no tuvimos la sensación de que estába lleno, los espacios son amplios.

El spa, simplemente son 2 tumbona y una sauna, no hay turnos y por lo tanto tienes que compartir con gente espacios pequeños. Por el tamaño que tiene, pondría límite de aforo y que en recepción lo regularán.

Very nice and comfortable stay close to the city center

Good centeral localtion, clean and in order. Only 15 minutes from the city center. Really loved the wide open corridors.

The coffee machine gave us some trouble. The bathroom had a glass door which slid into position but privacy was missing. The room temperature was too hot and humid ... but air circulation was provided.

practical stop over solution

We just spent one night, and we were not able to enjoy in full the hotel facilities. That said, lobby and room were vey nice, beds comfortable and bathroom spacious and clean. We were traveling by car and we found the underground parking very convenient, quite expensive though - 18€ a day

While the price for a twin room was very attractive, breakfast was very expensive and we decided to have it in town. The hotel location is not appealing and close to a busy road, but it is walking distance (10/15 minutes) from the main square.

Bed sheets were scratchy and loud. Toilet seat was broken. There was no kettle only a coffee machine.

Superb. Great location, easy parking, good sized rooms, comfy beds, excellent shower, TV and coffee facilties, although coffee not needed as the breakfast is superb.

Very good

Hotel location is very convenient for a business trip to Ulm. Most of the guests seemed to be business travellers like me. Very nice bar where to relax at the end of the day. The room is comfortable and clean,

Parking very expensive. Check in took long time but probably because of my collegues with Chinese passport.

It was stylish and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

In the shower was hair from someone else. Parking and breakfast ist expensive. Parking should be free for customers in my opinion. Specially when breakfast is costly.

Very very bad acoustic!!!! difficult sleep with people walking out side the rooms and also noises from next rooms. it was incredible that such a nice hotel bran new or refurbished had such a huge problem with the acoustic inside.

Superb

Good location, bug garage, nice rooms and very good breakfasts. Also the staff was very nice - they event lend me an electric kettle so I could drink a tee in a nighttime. I truly recommend Leonardo Ulm.

Fitness point could be better quipped. What's the point of 3 elliptical trainer / treadmills ? Whereas there are no any even small equipment to exercise like kettlebells or dumbbells. Also a little bit annoying was using lifts.... since there was always long waiting for a lift I used stairways. I was able to go from my floor to the garage -1 but not to 0 reception where doors were closed from inside

A/C during the hottest day of summer was a great bonus.

Lots of construction going on. Difficult to find by car.
