Fabulous apartment in a great location, would stay again

Great location in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac. Easy walking to town centre. Great apartment with patio and creek, plus access to shared pool and spa. Apartment was well equipped. Fans in upstairs bedrooms, lots of towels and cleaning consumables were much appreciated. Property managers were very friendly and accommodating.

Main bed was a queen, which is smaller than we are used to, but it was still comfortable and soft. Single beds in second bedroom were firm. No access to garage but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Weather was great a quiet area

Initially confused as to where reception was but I don’t think there is any just by chance the cleaner was still working in the apartment so got keys ect.. Sound insulation is poor between apartments although the folks in the next room were not noisy we could almost here the young girls conversation I would assume the apartments would be very hot in the summer as there is no cooling 🤔

Fabulous apartment we will be back.

Everything was amazing. The apartment had everything you could think of or need. The hosts too were extremely helpful. We loved the fireplace, the linen, the beds. It was just a magical holiday.

the space and well equipped kitchen. to make it even better a proper salt and pepper mill with a tea towel would have been great.

A perfect place in a beautiful town.

Perfect. Had everything we needed for self- catered stay. Beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable, private. Walk to the town was quite okay. It was an especially pretty neighbourhood with so many well-cared-for gardens, all in bloom. An excellent choice we’d highly recommend.

The location was excellent and having a fully stocked home away from home. Heating worked brilliantly and appreciated the Nespresso machine. Access to the shared spa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, tidy and homely. convenient for town and the lake.

Good location in a quiet area of town but close enough to walk in. spacious and comfy with home like feel.

Due to a long day and drive from Mount Cook we were very late arriving but a member of staff met us to give us the keys. We asked why they didn’t have a key lockbox and she said because it was a small business and they were concerned about security but the very next morning we noticed key lockboxes outside the main door! very strange! Also we were told we would have to pay $35 per hour after 8pm. Thankfully we challenged it and didn’t have to pay.

Modern and generally well equipped.

The noise from the upstairs apartment was horrendous. We shared the same external entry with the upstairs apartment and then two separate doors to the two apartments off a shared lobby but the one key opened both doors so presumably would have opened the next door apartment and vice versa. The apartment had a spa bath but no bath plug.

clean and tidy with all the facilities needed gor a comfortable stay.

sadly there was no view from the living area. it was quite cool and dark in the living area which would be cosy in the winter, but we found ourselves upstairs in the bedroom enjoying the sun and view alot of the time.

Very good

We booked this appartment last year as well so we knew the place.

Still no air conditioning. It gets extremely hot upstairs even with all windows open. Family did not sleep well due to heat inside.
